They sent out a service tech the morning after I called. The technician was on time and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 20 minutes. Great job, very professional, whole experience was great from the phone call to the schedule through the repair. Would 100% recommend.

They give a 3 hour window for when they will arrive. Called and got an appointment from 4-7 Monday...nobody showed up. I called them at 7 and turns out the technician wasn't planning on coming any more. They assured me they could get me in "first thing" on Thursday morning. Stayed home from work to meet them. At 11 I called them asking where they are, and they told me the technician would call me in a couple minutes. It's now been 45 minutes without any contact. No idea if they are coming today, guess I'm staying home from work to wait for them. If you have any desire to plan your day around a technician visit, I would avoid this company.

Stay away from this company!!! We had them out to do a inspection of the heating and ac unit at our house. Both were fully functional and working! This was just something we had to do because we are selling our house and buyers requested a professional inspection.

The technician recommended we clean the ac unit outside. We paid extra for that and immediately after the ac unit no longer works. It was working perfectly before he cleaned it. We contacted them and were told that there was no way he broke it and would have to pay another service call fee. Even though it’s so obvious something happened while he cleaned it we agreed to have him come out because it’s 100 degrees today. Was told 10 am. Never showed up then many hours later was told would be there in 15 minutes again never showed up. Both the technician and costumer service refuse to answer any of my calls or texts. Save yourself a massive headache and please use someone else. We paid $425 to have our working ac broken.

I have used 21st Heating & Cooling services on several occasions and have been impressed. They are prompt, professional and I've never had any issues with the work they've done for me. Their technician came out today for an annual servicing on my furnace and did an excellent job. Am a happy customer and would definitely recommend them.

Technicians arrived on time, were friendly and professional. Took several hours to get the old AC unit out and the new in but they left my home clean and tidy. Chris installed a new heat pump in my house. The install incorporated an attic air handler and outside unit. He was professional, communicated well, prompt and very reasonable. I got quotes from other local contractors and the pricing and the warranty was the best. Overall completely satisfied and highly recommended.

Excellent work done by 21st Heating & Cooling company. They sent their crew to my place as we had planned when I called. The install crew was very professional and friendly. They got to my place very early and were able to complete the work in few hours. They purchased the proper size circuit breaker for my AC unit and installed it well. I am very satisfied of their work and would highly recommend them to my friends.

We had an air conditioner and furnace installed this summer and the work was second to none! the team of 21st Heating & cooling was professional and respectful and finished the job in just a couple of days. Didn’t cover things related to AC duct work or dampers repairs that needed to be corrected in that that 2 of 4 failed so additional cost $700 plus my deductible of $165 so overall $765 cost to me ! However originally was 3 ⭐️ but once repairs approved the Installation was done timely and professionally. Service technician was excellent and new dampers and refrigerant coil was replaced very pleased. The installation was 5 ⭐️

Ac wholesalers when I called severall times were not to helpful. They were putting the time delay on motelli. The lack of communication from ac wholesalers was not fulfilling. They did not give order process and when asked to tell me about shipping they did not know or give any information. I belive I spoke to melanie at motelli. Melanie was very helpful and explained the process to me and who does what. Thank her for me.

Needed a recall part put on my furnace. Company sent the part. My HVAC company is very busy and hasn’t had time to schedule the work. The recall part company found Faith and Hope HVAC in GR to come down and do the work. Easy to make appointment. Came on time. Very polite. My furnace is keeping me warm!

The service tech they sent out to replace a part ( do to a recall ) was highly educated in the process of the furnace .He not only took his time in fixing the issue but also explaining in detail to my wife and I what was actually happening . Very happy with the work !

Motility was very kind and professional on the phone, since we are out in the country it took them a couple days to find a repair man and they found an honest one. C & S HVAC was awesome. David our repairman was so kind and patient. After he figured out the issue he took time explaining how our system should be functioning and the importance of regular cleanings. He even hung around for a couple of cycles of the furnacing running to make sure ours was functioning before he left. So honest and thoughtful! Here as promised, call ahead by a very nice lady as promised Motioi and overall a fantastic company, would definitely call again!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! My fiancé has been under contract with this company through Lowe’s for over 2 years. They have had to come out 4+ after replacing the entire AC unit. Each time they seem to do a patch job and charge $40+ for it once a season changes. The customer service is hot garbage here and the techs never show up even remotely close to the day scheduled in advance. This company refuses to fix the problem and tells us the warranty is up now so everything will come out of pocket. If it takes 4+ times to come out in a span of 2 years obviously there is something seriously wrong that needs to be fixed. Please stay far far away from them

We were very pleased with the repair and the repairmen who did the work. This was a safety recall of evaporator coil drain pan. They called to reschedule an earlier date and arrived on time. They explained the repair and did a great job. We highly recommend them!

Great AC work. Explained issue in easy understanding terms. Checked post repair to ensure all was working as should. Definitely will use for future repairs as needed.
