Which make them really care about their business and about pleasing and doing the right thing for their customers. Their price is extremely reasonable not at all overly priced. They do not nickel and dime you and they try to do a bundle price for you which we really appreciate it. And because of this, we decided to have our entire home serviced. Air-conditioning. Furnace, air, ducks, thoroughly cleaned, Vent hand washed and dried! And dryer vent cleaned. I can’t say enough good things about this company..

my previous experience with a different company for a tune-up on my ac unit was less than satisfactory. as soon as the weather in denver started to heat up, my ac started showing error codes. the other company had three attempts in a single week to rectify the issue but were unsuccessful, each time sending a different technician. the final technician speculated it could be one of two issues, but i wasn't interested in paying for conjecture. in contrast, when i reached out to perfecttemp hvac service, the issue was promptly identified and efficiently resolved. their technician, melvin, was courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. he demonstrated to me how clogged the fan blower was and proceeded to remove and clean it. when i questioned whether the cleaning should have been part of the initial tune-up, he mentioned that although it might not be included in the tune-up service, the previous company should have at least made me aware and given me the choice to have it cleaned. i wholeheartedly endorse perfecttemp hvac service. going forward, they will be my first choice for all my ac unit needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this HVAC service. I reached out to them in the evening and explained the issue I was having with my system. They promptly scheduled a visit for the following morning, right on time, with a diagnostic fee of $120. Melvin, their technician, inspected my system in the attic and recommended replacing the blower wheel and motor. I had previously researched the cost of these parts and found them to be around $210 from a provider that offered original OEM parts for my unit, as opposed to cheaper aftermarket products. Melvin quoted me a total of $677, which I presume included a reasonable markup for the parts since they took the effort to procure them. It took him about half an hour to replace the parts. I'd rate their service 4.75 stars if I could, but I'll settle for a solid 5. If there was any minor issue, it was that I had to request Melvin to connect the meter to verify the new parts were operating within the unit's specifications. But I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell any unnecessary services or charge an exorbitant price for the work. He provided a fair and honest assessment of the problem and its solution. I wouldn't hesitate to use their HVAC services again in Denver.

We hired a local hvac service to relocate our 7-year-old 1.5-ton air handler about 20 feet to accommodate our plans for a finished basement. The original setup was a DIY project we inherited with the house, and the placement was not ideal with unsealed ductwork. i can't say enough good things about PerfectTemp HVAC Service! melvin came out on a saturday to check out our heater and spent over three hours going over everything. he explained what needed fixing and even took pictures in our attic so we didn’t have to go up there ourselves. we had all the old insulation taken out, new insulation put in, and everything sealed up—something that wasn’t done when our house was built. the team also put in a new furnace, tankless water heater, and ac unit. brian and melvin were the best technicians! they took time to explain how everything worked and worked nonstop. if i could, i would give them 10 stars!

He is truly an exceptional person, and I even saw him feeding the chipmunks in my yard, which was adorable. They were scheduled to arrive at 9 am and started working on the AC by 9:10! This service plan is definitely worth it! After finishing the job, Melvin took the time to chat with my mom, and she really enjoyed it! Brian apologized, brought us two window ac units to use, and even sent a gift card later to make up for the trouble. the job was finished the next afternoon. the next morning at 4am, we woke up to a warm house, so we texted Brian and, even though it was a saturday, he came out by 7am and installed a new thermostat (ours was really old). the price stayed exactly as quoted through all of this, and our ac has been working perfectly since!
