Got a heat pump water heater installed and new service panel. Between the app experience for the home evaluation and the coordination of the subcontractors, that was enough for 5 stars… but the quality of the subcontractors they work with should be a 6th star. Finding quality trade contractors in Denver is half the battle, and this an overlooked aspect of their services.

Weird company. Spent an hour between taking photos through their app and a phone consult for a heat pump water heater install. Promised a quote but never received one. I followed up, but they didn’t even bother to respond. Weeks later, they’ve completely ghosted me. Total waste of time, would not recommend.

Zero Homes came to the rescue when both our A/C and furnace quit in late July. Their quote was lower than the alternatives and for heat pump equipment with better cold weather performance specs. The process was so easy and they handled the Xcel rebate process for us, which then carried straight over to the rebate from our local municipality. Everyone on the Zero team is courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Hit the "easy" button and use Zero!

Great Experience from the start to the end as they made everything easy as they processed the paperwork and were able to take the rebate off the price which made everything so affordable. The Bosch heat pump is working great and should provide many years of comfort for a very affortable price.

Very frustrating experience with Zero Homes. Waited 6 weeks for a proposal. My salesman kept promising it was going to come. Finally, some draft numbers showed up - but not the final bid. That would be another 5 business days. This is a whole house install for heat pumps, water heater and (2) electric car chargers. After I expressed frustration- I got an email from Christian Kennedy
Head of Business Operations. I responded, so we could move forward and nothing back 2 days later. Bummer.

I used zero homes to help me screen my house for energy savings, comfort and sustainability improvements. The process was easy and efficient with great communication. They also use bell plumbing a super high quality contractor for all installations. There was an issue with water pressure in my shower post installation and they replaced the clogged valve for free. Super happy with my new heat pump hot water as well.

The team at zero homes is outstanding. The initial contact designed exactly the system I needed . They system included a heat pump and gas backup for the coldest winter days. The installation team worked through some tricky problems which arose because I wanted the heat pump on the opposite side of the house from the existing compressor. The team removed all the old equipment and completed the job in 3 days. The front office team not only maximized my rebates, but followed up 5 months later to be sure they went through. Make sure you talk with zero if you need a heat pump. I think they do solar also.

The Zero Homes team installed a water heater in early 2024. After helping me maximize incentives, I actually ended up making $100 and getting a new water heater. I was so impressed that I went back to them for a heat pump earlier this year, and once again received great service and an excellent price. They do great work, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to electrify!
