Mike is amazing. We had central heating but no ac and last sumner we decided to add ac. Mike came, looked at our existing system and gave us three options for ac. We chose one, he ordered the equipment and when it came in got right to work. The thing that really set my wife and I at ease is how much Mike enjoys what he is doing. Through the whole process he was always encouraging, hard working and punctual. Any questions we had were answered and in a couple of days the ac was up and running. What a difference, our home is so comfortable now regardless of the weather. This spring I was excited to get the ac going again. It worked great for a day and the next morning the thermostat had no power. I contacted Mike who came out the same day and got us back in the cool zone in no time. When I asked what I owed him he gave his usual smile and said, “Nothing, free parts and labor for two years.” Two days later he checks in to make sure we are still cool. Mike is a hard working professional who enjoys his work and sets his customers at ease. I highly recommend him for any heating and cooling needs you may have. 😎

During this heat wave the house has stayed at a perfect 75 degrees and my wife couldn’t be happier. Having so many years experience but branching out on his own the price was competitive and 75 Air definitely won our business. I would absolutely recommend this company and couldn’t be happier with the project from start to finish.

75 Degree did a great job. Mike gave me a thorough bid with 3 options to replace my existing HVAC complete including the ductwork. He answered all my questions so I could make a good decision. His prices were competitive and I went with Goodman. Mike scheduled the work and showed up when he said he would and finished when he said he would. The quality of the installation was good. His attentiveness and honesty was a relief after getting many other estimates where I felt taken advantage of. As a single mom, it’s hard to find trustworthy contractors and he didn’t sell me on stuff I did not need or stuff that was over priced. I wish he did other trades because my experience was over the moon and I wish more contractors were on his level of knowledge and morals. I will never need another HVAC guy ever again after using 75 degree. Worth every penny and not a penny wasted on his products and services. A few years back, right around the holiday season, our heating system unexpectedly stopped working. Colby, the HVAC specialist, initially proposed to have it replaced by the following day. Yet, with guests due to arrive, we requested if they could expedite the process and complete the work on that very afternoon. Colby and his Denver team were extremely understanding and made sure our HVAC system was replaced on that very day itself. They consistently deliver an outstanding job.

After using our initial heating system for 26 years, we had been considering a replacement with Bennett from a local service company for the last few years. Bennett had always advised us to wait until it was an absolute necessity to replace the system because it was still operating effectively. However, this was the year we decided to take the leap. Bennett clarified that most oil tanks are expected to last for about 20 years. Although our boiler had minor issues, we made the decision to fully replace our entire system. Bennett and his team, which included Colby and a technician named Jaden, did an impeccable job installing our new boiler, burner, indirect hot water heater, and a double-walled storage tank. They took meticulous care to prevent any damage to our basement. They laid down drop cloths, plywood protection, and plastic coverings as needed before they started bringing in the new appliances. They worked on our system with the precision and care as if they were working in their own homes. Bennett is dedicated to preventing future issues, even going as far as to install certain parts that would make any future repairs easier to resolve. We've noticed an improvement in how often our system turns on and off throughout the day (it's much less frequent now) and we've been enjoying consistent hot water during our showers. The new system is designed to use oil more efficiently than our old tankless/on-demand boiler. In addition to completing a few other non-standard tasks for us, Bennett and Colby took the time to explain how everything works in a way that was easy to understand. Bennett has been maintaining our previous system for several years and has earned our trust and loyalty. We wholeheartedly recommend him and his entire team for any heater repair needs in Denver.
