Would have been great if they could have actually serviced my $80,000 commercial system after they inadequately installed it. My GC had to hire a different mechanical company to fix the problems that arose only a few months after it was installed. They didn't even install filters in the system and did not bother to tell me that I needed to put some in. They also blamed the electrician for the problems with their system even though it was their people that messed with the electrical afterward.

One of the worst businesses we've every dealt with. No communication whatsoever, trying to get a call returned or an email even looked at is impossible, the owner opened exactly ZERO emails. Then when they finally showed the techs seemed clueless and had to call the vendors to figure out what they were doing.

If you like frustration, overpromising and underperforming, complete lack of communication or respect, and a job half done E3 is for you. Waste of our time and money that another company had to come in and fix.

Due diligence cost us, turns out the company has declared bankruptcy multiple times, lots of lawsuits, and past clients that had nothing good to say about the company. In the end we made a huge mistake with this company.
