They charged $189 for a capacitor replacement! The capacitor is about $20 and the job takes less than 15 min! I told them a fair amount would be part + service call charge, but they said it is their standard charge for a capacitor replacement!

Ken is knowledgeable & practical. He finds the best solution without the drama & doesn't recommend products or services you don't need. Good people to do business with.

Really like them. I know a bit about HVAC and they didn't talk down to me or try to sell me stuff I Didn't need. Showed up exactly on time...when does that happen. Charged a fair price. Told me other services I should have done to improve my humidifier. I will use them again

My experience with Kens mechanical was great! Easy going, responsive, friendly, and very reasonably priced for AC installation. I would recommend them to anyone!

Showed up a day earlier than the appointment we scheduled, unannounced, mask hanging half off his face the entire time. I had agreed to a "service charge," which meant he charged me $90 to shine a flashlight on my furnace and tell me to put vents on my doors. Easiest money he's made, complete waste of mine.

Ken was amazing! Provided awesome service, He did good work, he was clean, quick and knowledgeable! I would recommend Ken to anyone!! Taryn, (who booked my appointment), was able to answer all my questions and set an appointment in a timely manner! I am super impressed with this company and will be using them again.

We had our furnace serviced by Ken's paying over $250 to replace an ignitor. After they left we realized the furnace was turning on every couple minutes. It would not go off. Our next bill was almost $400! When I called to inform of the problem, that the furnace continuously ran from the time they serviced it, they would not come back without charging a full service charge. That's terrible customer service in my opinion. They are not standing behind their service. If the furnace is continuously running due to something they caused, they should fix it. If it's a new problem, we'd be happy to pay for repairs. Evidently there's no warrenty on their work. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

Not professional, poor value and not on time. The appointment was 10 am and the technician didn’t show up until 10: 40 am. When I made the appointment, I was told the trip cost would be $89 and it would be credited to the total cost if the repairs are made. It turned out that I was charged $189 for a non programmable thermostat which costs about $20 at Home Depot stores and less than 30 minutes of installation time. What a rip-off!

Ken’s Mechanical is great and super friendly. I will be calling them for all HVAC stuff in my house in the future. They cleaned and certified my furnace and the whole experience was 10/10. No high pressure sales pitches or presentations like I experienced with places like Swan. Just good service at a good price.

We've used Ken's Mechanical a couple of times. A few months ago when it was FREEZING ,our furnace would not come on. We called Ken's and they came the next day and for $129 bucks the furnace was fixed. Very reasonable and fair pricing. Ken's Mechanical will always be our go to when this type of service is needed.

Ken's mechanical did a very good job at replacing my water heater, Ken completely modernized my hook ups in a fast and efficient manner. And a couple years ago he trouble shot my furnace and found a faulty switch. Ken's always has done a excellent job for me! I would recommend Ken to everyone.

I was referred to this business, then read the great reviews. I was looking for a a new HVAC company that I could trust. I’ve had more bad experiences than good ones with this industry over the years. I’d had a company I trusted for a number of years, but the owner passed away.
All I needed was to know if my 20 year old furnace and air conditioner were still OK after I replaced a fan motor about 1-1/2 years ago. I paid what seems like a lot for a clean and check of both, at $229, but paying that to a good company is better than a cheap check up that becomes a sales ploy to find something wrong, which could be thousands I don’t need to spend.
Ken checked out my furnace and a/c, cleaned them, and declared them to be in fine working condition. No sales pitch. He can’t predict how long they will be fine, but ‘a few years.’ Good enough. I feel comfortable going into another winter with my equipment. Peace of mind is worth something.

Nothing beats the peace of mind that comes with a well-maintained A/C system. The technician arrived just when expected, taking around an hour to thoroughly inspect and tune up the unit. I appreciate how they explained everything clearly and left the area spotless. My home feels comfortable again, and I’m confident knowing my A/C is in top shape for the warmer months.

Very honest HVAC technician who didn’t recommend unnecessary replacements. The HVAC technician focused on fixing the real issues only.

Out of the blue, my thermostat decided to act up, and I needed a quick fix. The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue in no time. Within an hour, everything was up and running smoothly. Truly impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.
