We had Gale Force install a humidifier for my mother-in-law in her new condo and asked them to replace the existing one in our home. Terry was timely, honest, and provided a clear quote. They came back right on time as scheduled to both houses and did great work. We could not be happier with the price, the work, and the results--excellent humidity levels in both homes!

I’ve just recently had the pleasure of working with Terry and Gale.

We waited weeks for an estimate from this company finally to tell us they were not going to give us an estimate due to family problems. Never once did they reach out to us. Basically they lead us along for weeks, promising next week we would have our estimate. The last time I called they said they would not be sending their estimate. Never once did they call to follow up. Completely unprofessional.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I went today for the first time (had to make 2 trips, as with most projects). They hooked me up with a new blower motor and capacitor for my old Goodman furnace. Rob’s the man! There was one other older guy who helped but I didn’t catch his name. Thanks fellas, I’ll be back in the future

I cannot say enough good things about Cool Sunshine. My husband and I have a house in the mountains. We needed to get our furnace replaced and could only find one local company with the availability and willingness to replace it. They quoted us a ridiculous amount and told us it would take 3 DAYS to install (with the associated 3 days worth of labor costs). After hearing this, my husband found Cool Sunshine on the internet. He left a message and the owner called him the next day. After hearing the story they were willing to make the drive since they were working on a job half way here already. They were on time, professional and left my garage and home cleaner than they found it. Oh and it only took 4 hours not 3 days and cost about half of what the other guys wanted. Cool Sunshine saved the day. Thank you so much!!

We loved this whole experience. First, the estimator, Joy, was delightful, giving us many options with no pressure sales. We were able to schedule the install within a week of ordering. The installation technicians were friendly, clean and very professional with a great mind for detail. I would highly recommend this company! We will be using them for our furnace replacement soon!

This company knows how to prioritize family needs. In a recent blizzard our furnace went out. They quickly came over and fixed the part . While the fix worked for a few days our ancient furnace decided to take a dive and completely stop working. Cool sunshine knew it was important that our family had heat and prioritized our appointment and installed a brand new furnace the very next day. They were Curtious, fast and very clean at both appointments. I would highly suggest them

Aldo worked on my thermostat and thoroughly cleaned and adjusted the outdoor AC unit yesterday. He answered all questions, explained the work he would do, and showed me the "before and after" work product. It was clear Aldo is a professional who takes great pride in his work. I won't hesitate to recommend Cool Sunshine to anybody seeking high quality HVAC service.

We used Cool Sunshine as a second opinion for a furnace that had a crack in the heat exchanger. They were good at communication before and during the first visit. We decided to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. Since it was already getting colder and we couldn't use our old furnace, Cool Sunshine made us a priority and were able to order and install the new equipment in just a few days. Great experience with the administrative staff and the staff that came to the house.

HVAC is tricky as a typical consumer - you don't deal with it much and when you do it is usually because there is a problem. It can be hard to know who to trust and what to expect in terms of service and pricing.

The technicians were professional and friendly and did a very thorough job of diagnosing the issue and took the necessary time to discuss options with me.

Ultimately I needed a new furnace and Cool Sunshine was able to get it installed within a day of diagnosing the problem. Pricing was straightforward and reasonable for the products and service I received. The same technicians that had diagnosed the problem came to do the install which I think is big positive. They worked confidently and cleanly, and answered every question in a straightforward manner.

We were without a safe, working furnace and when Cool Sunshine found that out, they worked us into the schedule two weeks earlier! Israel, who assessed the furnace (the third opinion we received) was honest and helpful in explaining everything. He did the install of the new furnace and did an amazing job. Cool Sunshine and their team did a GREAT job for us. I received multiple quotes and they were on the lower end of what I received. Cool sunshine always does a fantastic job servicing our house. Aldo is great and so friendly. He is very sweet with our inquisitive kids who always want to “help” and show him things.
