First and foremost this company should be the first on the list when you search "Heating and Air Conditioning" no joke. I went through 3 of the "big" name companies first before finding Cool Sunshine. Everyone else tried selling me either a new AC system or a new coil, which would have cost thousands of dollars. My AC system is only 3 years old. As soon as I talked to joy in the office, I knew that I found a good company. I sent her some pictures of the leak I had, and she immediately had her tech guys Look at the pictures. The next day, she called me and had Israel come out and take a look. Within 10 minutes, Israel identified the leak and told me that he could fix it. Within an hour he had the leak patched, and my AC recharged and up and running. You will not find a Better AC Company! Thank you, Cool Sunshine Heating and Air. You guys have a new lifelong customer.

We called them with a semi urgent non emergency. They were there the next day and was very reasonable. Thank you. We will call again for all of our maintenance.

Cool Sunshine replaced our HVAC 10 years ago and have been taking care of is since. I highly recommend their products and service.

Cool Sunshine installed our heating and cooling systems 19 years ago and has serviced them twice a year since! Jesus did the installation and we like him to do the servicing as well! He knows what he’s doing and tells us if there’s an issue.

Yesterday Cool Sunshine absolutely showed me what a top notch service appointment is all about. I desperately called them the day before because the company I have a maintenance agreement with proved to be totally incompetent.
My three year old air conditioner stopped working last week and house guests are arriving tomorrow. Last Monday I called my other company and it took two days to get someone here. Very long story short, three technicians in three separate appointments later, my house was still in the 80s!At my daughter’s advice, I gave up and called Cool SunShine. They sent a technician the following day and he was night and day more qualified. He repaired important wires the other company has disconnected, professionally cleaned the outside unit which he said was the problem and checked coolant (which other company said needed replacing). No problems there, and he adjusted the compressor.
It’s almost emotional how I feel in customer satisfaction! I felt so taken advantage of by other company in my time, money and respect. The other company put in my air conditioner in the first place but I will be dropping my contract. They say I will loose my warranty but who cares.

Israel came to clean my AC and did a great job - professional, friendly, and great communication re. the job. I’ve been a customer for years, and they never disappoints!

Cool Sunshine did the install of our HVAC 16 years ago and have been servicing twice a year since. We see the same faces every season.....they are timely, thorough and always friendly. One of our units recently met its demise having seen a longer than normal life span. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and accommodated our timeline needs. Thank You Aldo for managing this process so smoothly. Made a painful update a pleasant experience.

The entire team at Cool Sunshine was amazing. We had an AC going bad so we had some time to schedule the replacement. Joy gave us 2 price choices for AC replacement, both aligned to what we had discussed. The week before the scheduled install, Joy reached out to confirm the date and workorder. The team of 3 installers showed up on-time with all the right equipment. Later in the day a manager stopped by to confirm the work was done right, all setup and clean up was completed, and that I was satisfied with the work delivered. Overall a great service experience.. Amazing teamwork at good price point.

Older Denver square with Swamp cooler- added 2 heat pumps for AC (to be done with swamp cooler). One tied into house gas hot air furnace to cool first floor and the other powering 3 mini splits on the second floor. Joy and her crew (crew chief Israel) did an excellent job. They have a lot of experience with this type of project and it shows. (Did same project for my neighbor, who recommended them). I got 2 bids. They were 20% lower and seemed more on the ball. Very good choice.

Great service and very friendly! Serviced my system that hadn’t been done in who knows how long. Showed up earlier than originally quoted and finished fast and efficiently with full honesty and transparency! Over all super pleased with the work performed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Truly the most lovely and professional company we've worked with in a long time! Joy was so thoughtful and attentive in finding a creative solution to facilitate installation of a new minisplit system throughout our home. The initial consultation was prompt and incredibly detailed. Joy then scheduled us for installation within 2 weeks. On the day of install, the team took the utmost care in moving and replacing furniture items, communicated superbly to troubleshoot exact placement, and worked efficiently/skillfully throughout. They are clearly expert at what they do, but with all the benefits of a small company to ensure the project is personally customized to your needs. We are finally cool in our 1960s home for the first time since moving in. I can't remember the last time I felt impressed by a company enough to write a detailed google review, but I really can't say enough good things about them.

Sunshine is so wonderful to work with. When our furnace wasn’t working, they came out within an hour of calling. Unfortunately, the furnace stopped working again the very next day and they were out within 30 minutes of calling. Always very prompt, professional, and willing to explain the fix and options. Thank you!!!

Very positive experience with Cool Sunshine. Israel, the Service Manager, was responsive, efficient, and considerate. He diagnosed the problem quickly and suggested the appropriate fix. Cool Sunshine offered me the right repair at a reasonable price - without adding on unnecessary extras - or trying to upsell and replace a fairly new system in favor of a more expensive model with only incremental efficiencies. Integrity like that stands out.

We had an Aprilaire humidifier installed today. The team of Elijah, Gemini, Dominic and Izzy came out for the install. They were a fantastic team! They were all upbeat and worked together to install, while being respectful of our home. They exhibited great attention to detail and took the time to explain the device and maintenance afterwards. We highly recommend this team at Controlling Systems!

Another great furnace check-up. This time my serviceman was Vincent. He called ahead to alert me that he was on his way. He checked out the year old furnace and AC leaving no mess behind for me to clean up. He offered to install new filters next time since I had just changed them myself. I have used this company for years and continue to be pleased with their integrity and service.

These good folks absolutely rock. Moved in to a new (to me) home, and with the bitter cold, the furnace went bonkers. They came out on NO notice, fixed it, cleaned it, adjusted everything and gave me some great maintenance advice. Chuck and Vincent were the solid service techs and the home office folks are super friendly, reassuring, and PROFESSIONAL. Fair pricing, too.

I had a great experience with Controlling Systems. Ryan, who provided the free estimate, was really knowledgeable and provided a fair estimate. The installers, Gemini, Roman, and Rudy, were all very professional and did great work. The new A/C has been up and running for about a week with no problems so far. Nice to know we now have a new, quality system in place that will hopefully be good to go for years to come.

2024 Update: Another great experience with Controlling Systems for a new house. Ryan again provided a fair estimate, and Roman and Vince (and the electrician) did a great job with the install---clean work, super professional, and stayed late until the job was done. Really appreciate the work they did for us.

Company is responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Our AC was not cooling in the current heat wave and the house was extremely hot. They had a tech Izzy, come out the next day for service. He was extremely thorough, fixed the cooling problem that day and also found an issue with our furnace that we need to take care of. He was very honest, knowledgeable and a nice person to boot.

Jimmy and Darren did a great job on our install! We love our mini split! Would highly recommend controlling systems!

From the initial pricing visit through installation day the team performed all scope discussed, and completed within agreed time frames.
Despite the City cancelling the promised rebate post install, Controlling Systems still honored their proposal and did not attempt to pass their loss on to me.
I intend to call on this supplier for future HVAC and Solar project needs.
