After being quoted over $12,000 from a different company for an air conditioner install, I decided to shop around. Not only did Cool Sunshine quote me a drastically more reasonable price (which ended up being exactly what I paid), but during the initial visit, the technician also pointed out a number of things the first company hadn't even noticed. (This seems to confirm my suspicion that the first company was trying to take me for a bit of a ride, which is something I had been concerned about.) I am certain I got both a better price and a higher quality of work by going with Cool Sunshine.

All interactions were professional and friendly, with everything explained to and discussed with me before and after the work was done. Along the way, I was presented with a number of options and cost points for the install, allowing me to customize the job to my needs and tolerances. The finished work looks great, and our giant, fluffy dog seems much happier with the summer temperatures. I would definitely recommend Cool Sunshine to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

Arto was fantastic! He was timely, professional and very personable. He was able to fix our issues very quickly, and was extremely informative on explaining what he was doing and noticing, which was super helpful for my future reference. If anyone needs any AC/HVAC support, I would highly recommend!

10/10 reccomend this company, and Aldo as a serviceman. He got my heat working last winter and cleaned my AC unit this summer. As a female I get nervous about having people in my home and trying to charge me for unnecessary things. Not once did I feel that way, he got everything working with a basic cleaning and service.

Cool Sunshine always provides excellent customer service. They are on time, do great work and have great communication. They just did a heat pump system for me and I love it.

Wow! Amazing service and super fair prices! My furnace wasn’t working during the first snow of the season. Cool sunshine got out to my house same day and had things completely fixed in less that 2 hours! Aldo was amazing! Very respectful of my home, took the time to check over the whole system to make sure he didn’t miss anything, and was fully transparent about the process and possible price depending on the issue. Had things fixed up in no time and only charged the base fee for the appointment (as thankfully it was only an issue with a sensors rather than an actual repair). Will be happy to work with them again!

Another Company had inspected my ac unit shortly before Israel took a look at it and recommended a new evaporator coil, compressor, and motor-blower; however, Israel was able to provide clear guidance that my system was not experiencing any issues and would continue to work just fine with some minor cleaning and repairs. His advice saved me thousands. I will be a Cool Sunshine and Israel advocate and customer for life.

Joy and her team came out to give a quote. They were really friendly and very knowledgeable when asked questions. After receiving four different quotes in person, we decided to go with Cool Sunshine. We not only based it on very competitive pricing, but on the professionalism and knowledge of the team.

My husband and I always call Cool Sunshine Heating and Air Conditioning for any issues we may have with our heater or air conditioner. We just had Jesus come out and clean our air conditioner to get it ready for summer use, and thank goodness we did! It was super dirty! Scheduling the appointment was super easy and Jesus did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.!

Extremely professional, reasonably priced and punctual. We were referred to Cool Sunshine after getting 3 other quotes and Cool Sunshine came in 1st by a few hundred dollars to the second lowest bid. No sales pitch, no sitting down at the table for 1hr to sell you what they are providing. They knew what needed to be done and did not waste our time trying to up-sell. Being a homeowner who is fairly skilled in home repair, I know better than to just go with the lowest cost. I tend to look for the signs of professionalism, and also have family in various trade professions, so their opinion is factored in. Jeff, Mitchell and their crew were exactly that. Jeff and Joy responded via phone and email promptly, and completed the job in the time frame they said they would. Here's where the added value comes in... we are homeowners of almost 6 years. Our backyard has had no attention for its entire existence. I have been working non-stop in this yard. I have finally put it to a place where we are proud. (flagstone, pea gravel, etc) Where the old (and new fan) sit, is pretty close to the back gate. It had old railroad ties and was not pleasing to the eye. Sunshine not only replaced the fan but made sure to remove the railroad ties (had to for leveling purposes) and used the resources I left behind to level out the ground and make it look clean. (I unintentionally left a wheel barrel full of dirt, pea gravel and hand tools from my weekend warrior activities). So, not only did they do the job we paid them for, but they took it upon themselves to go above and beyond and complete approximately 1-2 hours of landscaping I expected to do after they left. We had no expectations for this task, but you could just see the pride they took in their work, not just functionally but aesthetically. I strongly recommend Cool Sunshine and their professional capabilities.

Cool sunshine did a residential AC installation for us and I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish! Joy and Ivy are awesome and very communicative and the installers were very professional and knowledgeable with all of my thousand questions , they also covered all the flooring from the front door all the way to the furnace area to keep the floor clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They are personable and helpful with any concerns or questions you have and the prices for the service are very reasonable. I am glad to say that I felt comfortable spending my hard earned money on a great company knowing they will take care of me the way that they have! 5 stars service for sure!
