Joel Cabral with Cabral Heating & Air was outstanding. While doing warranty work he found two errors in how my furnace was initially installed and he showed them to me and quickly resolved them— wire substituted for a fuse & an incorrectly connected drain pan water sensor.

Joel is friendly and professional and I highly recommend him.

Sean came over earlier than expected found the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. My AC unit wasn't producing any cold air, it was 85 degrees in my home and me and my children were about to start sleeping outside. 😂 But by time Sean left, 45mins later the house already felt cooler and everything was working perfectly. Thank you so much! I will be calling on them again the future.

It took too long to set up the appt, app was too difficult to follow, I had to wait 3 weeks is order to have my unit look at, the service people are great, but after 2 appts the AC unit is not fixed yet.

Terrible experience with this AC company. They showed up late, barely explained what they were doing, and left without actually fixing the issue. I had to call another technician just days later because my AC stopped working again. Complete waste of time and money—would not recommend to anyone.

Was contracted through Lowe’s to have them repair my AC. Was told they would reach out. Nothing. I called Motili 4 days later and they apologized for the delay and scheduled a tech to come out at 8am the following day. At 8:30am I called Lowe’s and they called Motili and confirmed a tech would arrive between 8-12. At 1130 I called Motili and they apologized and said they didn’t have me on the schedule but promised to send a tech by COB since I had taken off work for this appt. No one ever showed. Then an invoice came to my inbox. I scheduled my repair with another company. Complete waste of my time. At least tell me you’re busy and be honest about the timeline so I can manage expectations. Sal was apologetic, but ultimately no help whatsoever.

After warranty Approval of Service was granted and received the installation of the Air Conditioning system was quickly addressed. No problems or delays. Serviceman was professional and most importantly he did a great job installing and checking his work.

I called in looking to track an order that was placed yesterday. Typically, these orders can be picked up next day or day of from a local distributor, but our order was coming from Illinois and it wouldn't be here until Monday. I talked with Joyce, and she was able to problem solve and locate the system local to us. She went out of her way and called multiple distributors while on was still on the phone with me. Stellar customer service that you do not typically get. Delightful to work with and went above and beyond.

The technician they send had great knowledge about heating and air . A couple tries and he knew exactly what it was .went to Home Depot and got a replacement nest thermostat installed it now everything back to normal. I thank Evan for his work his knowledge made it quick and effective.

I was a little disappointed in the arrival time of the technician. I kept getting an update on what time the tech would arrive, in total it changed 6 times over 4 hours. I think it was a glitch in their mapping tracking system. After arriving the tech was very polite and professional. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service so far.

I called Mark to come check out my furnace. He was quick, extremely nice, knowledgeable, and had my system up and running quickly and pricing was great. I won't call anyone else for service. He pointed out certain challenges I may have with new new furnace. I am going to be going f with a whole new system I trust in his professionalism and quality of work. Definitely recommend. 🤙🏼
