Martin does great work, is very transparent about costs, and most importantly backs up his work and will double back if needed without a question. I'll absolutely be using Lion Tech again when I need help around my homes.

Martin was great! Timely, knowledgeable, and his experience showed. He was able to fix our HVAC that had been having trouble on and off for awhile. Pricing was good and reasonable! Would certainly recommend!

I would recommend Martin and Lion Tech for a home repair in a heartbeat. He did a great job repairing an old pipe that had a leak under my sink. If it hadn’t been caught in time, it could have been a disaster! Martin was very quick to fix the major pipe and i had him install a garbage disposal as well. He was very quick and cleaned up everything. It’s been a month now. Since the repair and everything works great!

Responsive to email and phone, very reasonably priced and able to come at relatively short notice. Definitely getting my heat pump serviced by them in future.

As a Realtor I often require a/c inspections for homes during the buying process. Epic and their team are responsive and thorough. I keep referring them over and over because they do such a great job.

There's nothing epic about this company. We hired them to install an HVAC system at our warehouse a couple years ago. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare.

They were supposed to pull a permit, but they never did. We asked them for weeks to pull a permit for us (as required by the city), and they refused to do it for some reason. The owner was very rude to us. He threw a tantrum and sent us a nasty email... all because we reminded them that they had agreed to pull a permit before starting the job (but they never did).

They already did the work but we couldn't move forward with the build out until they pulled a permit for the HVAC work. We finally got them to do it. The city's Chief Combination Inspector had to get involved & push them to finally pull the permit (the inspector himself was shocked by how unprofessional this business was behaving). The owner went downtown and finally pulled the permit, but he listed the value of the job as $40K out of spite (it was only something like $1K -- small job). This resulted in the city charging us a hefty permit fee, but luckily the city knew what shady tactics this company was pulling so they brought the value down to $1K.

It has been only a couple of years, and we're already experiencing issues with our HVAC system. We're not doing business with this company ever again.

Scheduled service. They never showed and didn’t communicate with me to update me and/ or correct the problem.

Verbal confirmation for The first appointment was made, no call no show. After calling to inform the company of the issue a new appointment was made and again a no call, no show. Proceed with caution if you choose to book services with this provider.

Charged me a $99 deposit for their "special" and the technician never showed up. I asked for refund, and they still haven't processed it.

Took off from work Friday 6/19 and scheduled an HVAC inspection for that morning. No call and no explanation for why no one showed up. Not a good sign.

I have used 21st Heating & Cooling for many years and have never been disappointed.One of the main reasons has always been the professionalism of their technicians. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable.Their charges are also very fair.I would definitely recommend them.

Erick was extremely professional and easy to work with. Even though the fix was simple I appreciated him taking the time to make sure everything was cycling correctly and making sure it was as simple of a fix as it seemed. He was super timely and extremely clean and cautious with the current COVID concerns. I highly recommend!

Awful communication, running late for a scheduled appointment and did not let me know, had to reschedule for another day, ran late again and no communication. Took two days off work for them to send a tech with no ladder, even though I told them it was a ceiling unit. Huge waste of time.

I had to call two different numbers each time because the main phone number is a call center with no information - they say things like “they will be there soon” or “they are calling you right now, answer their call” but it’s all lies.

If your late, just let someone know you’re late. If you can’t do the work, just let them know you can’t do the work. If your call center can’t write down what a customer says, stop booking work and making promises you can’t keep.

Told me they could schedule the same day or the next day. When the scheduler called me, it was 3 days until the first availability. I scheduled a time with them for the following week. They gave me a 4 hour window when the tech would show up. The tech never showed and no one ever called. I called them and they told me I would hear from them within 30 minutes. Again, no one showed up or called. Wasted my whole day waiting for them. Go with someone else.

I would like to thank them for their work. I have been using them for a few years now and they have always been easy to work with. They are friendly and helpful, and their service is quick and reliable. If you need heating or air conditioning services, I would highly recommend them!

Kenneth was instrumental in helping us get our new AC and heat system installed. I can't imagine having better service in all aspects of the new installation. From design to installation, he was with us every step of the way. We are delighted with our new system and are thankful we had Kenneth and the whole 21st Heating & Cooling teams' help.

When he showed up to provide a quote, he was wonderful. He is highly approachable and knowledgeable in his field. The installers showed up on schedule and completed the job in two days of hard labour. The parameters of the financing also make me very satisfied. I appreciate you finishing the task for me on time.

The technician who showed up was very friendly and explained and explained everything he was going to do to us.He replaced some parts on my heating system and got everything running smoothly within a very short time. He also recommended some changes that would improve the heater efficiency.I would definitely use them again.
