Sanders and Johnson installed new a/c in April 2025. Install went well but several service calls were needed to make adjustments and further repairs. Responded quickly to calls.

Austin was on time, efficient on both furnace inspections at 2 different locations. Offered additional services which I declined but may consider in the future.

I have purchased HVAC from Sanders & Johnson, including their maintenance programs for the better part of 40 years. Their technicians have always been professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Recently, Nathan proved to be one of the very best. He was just plain absolutely excellent in every way.

Nathan really helped us out by getting our water line pressure valve replaced. The service was quick and he did a high quality job on the replacement. Thanks so much!

I had a 30 + year old boiler, and it was giving me problems. I called a couple of places and Sanders was the only one that could come out in a reasonable time. I knew my boiler was old and was worried they would tell me I need a new one. Nathan showed up and spent some time looking at it, trying to diagnose the problem. But of course when he showed up the boiler was acting fine. We spent some time on it and figured out the problem. It needed new parts, It took a day to find the parts because the company that makes the boiler are not around anymore. I decided just to see how much a new one was, Mitch came out and went over my options with me. He helped with financing and told me what the install was going to be like. They showed up when they said they would and installed a new system that got rid of the boiler and the hot water heater and made it all one unit. The best part they had it done in 2 1/2 days. They even stayed late to make sure I had hot water on the second day. Noah, Nathan, Nick and Mitch are great to work with. I highly recommend them, they showed up when they said they would do what they said they would do and there prices are reasonable.

This company was so awesome to work with. I had contacted them due to issues with our AC unit and they were very responsive and offered to send a tech relatively quickly. When we were able to address the issue before the tech got to our house, they were very understanding and even when we offered to still pay for having the tech be on their way to our house they were completely ok with waiving any fees.

overall a great experience and once my warranty period for our AC is done, I would be happy to give them my business.

Zabih worked with me to correct my leak and replace my disposal, in part by investigating cost option to fit my budget. He was polite, reliable and cleaned up after himself nicely. A great plumbing professional and SJ is lucky to have him!

Gage did a good job! He got me heat in a timely manner. Showed up when he said he would, communicated well and got my furnace fixed in 1 day

Sanders and Johnson installed our furnace years ago. They just serviced it. The tech was polite, on time, and efficient. While we discussed the age of the furnace and increasing likelihood of replacement in the future, there was no pressure to agree to a sales call prematurely.

Tyler was efficient and friendly. Gave me an honest assessment on what manufacturer recommendations are and what he thinks actually needs replacing- for two different boiler systems that needed maintenance.

The combination of fast service and excellent workmanship make this an easy five-star review.

Tyler came out to provide a quote for a new tankless water heater. He was extremely helpful and thorough. No high pressure sales pitch.

Gage, knew his tankless domestic and house heating dual system and found the not so simple problems of several broken electronic valves and one wired heating zone plus and wireless transmtting system . I would highly recommend him for these type of uncommon systems both for repair and annual inspection. Plus the company has other experts in hot water heating for installation.

Mitch and Tyler are incredible. They both really took the time to answer all of my questions. We got a house humidifier and air purifier. They also answered all of my calls as I had more questions.

The tech Austin was professional, on time and treated my house with respect. Showed before and after photos of a fan cleaning that looks almost new when he was done. I’ve only had HVAC work done through personal connections in the past so price seemed a little high but I could be wrong. I did not shop around but know family members who use this company for all their HVAC and plumbing. I will use them again and request Austin in the future.
