Absolutely 5 star service. Jose was extremely helpful and so transparent about costs. Can't express enough how much I appreciate his help when my ac unit wouldn't work. He was able to help solve the issue virtually and then advise on improvements I can make in the future.

I called up with an issue on my furnace and the owner was super responsive and helped me troubleshoot and fix the problem over the phone so I could fix it myself. He didn't want to charge me unless the issue was serious and needed to come out. He offered great advice and I'll definitely call him when I need something I can't handle. Top notch professionalism I feel like I can trust.

Jose was friendly and very efficient. He kept at it until he k ew walmart the fix would be...all others wanted to sell a brand new system...Jose fixed the cooling problem and we didn't need to spend thousands on a new system . My heater in my house decided to pretty much stop working right as we were about to get hit with our first winter storm. When me and my 4 kids woke up in the morning it was about 56 degrees in our house and it was snowing outside. I called Jose and he was at my house within an hour to fix my heater. After fixing it he left and the heater started acting funny again... I called him again and within 30 mins he was back at my house!! He went above and beyond to figure out the problem. He even made sure my thermostat was wired correctly cause I'm renting and the house is fairly older. He made sure the problem was solved before he left for the final time.. and he did this all on a Saturday!! Probably spent a good 4 hours of his day with us to make sure everything was fixed and we were warm and cozy since temperatures had dropped significantly!! Thank you Jose

Thank you Jose! Worst time to lose heat but Jose was very knowledgeable went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was working and clean. Great and clear communication also very reasonably priced for services .

Jose was a God send! He walked me through several ways to fix the system myself which is what I was looking for. Even though I wasn't successful, he came out the next day to take on the work. He was done in an hour and his fee was ridiculously cheap compared to other ac repairmen who charge just to diagnose before you could even think about how much it would be to fix. He gave me some great tips on maintenance. He definitely going to be my main HVAC guy. It was like calling your knowledgeable uncle to help you out! Thanks again José!

When my HVAC unit needed replaced after a flood in my basement, Jose came in on a weekend to get the job done because freezing temperatures were in the near forecast. He did a fantastic job. He even rewired the thermostat that the installer of the original unit did incorrectly. He was very kind and professional. 10/10 would call again!!

Jose was incredibly helpful when I reached out to inquire about service for an older chiller/heat pump that stopped working. He took the time to talk to me, give me information and zoomed in to a meeting to take a look at my system. Unfortunately, our system is very finicky and so we ended up needing to go through our HOA, but would absolutely recommend Jose, he went above and beyond the other 8-10 places we called who were not willing to help bc it was not a traditional HVAC system.

Jose is a superstar! He helped us troubleshoot an issue with our whole house humidifier, guided us next steps if the issue continued. He was incredibly nice, communicative and so helpful! Before I call any one else for HVAC help, I'll call Jose first to make sure I get his input and opinion!

Give Jose a call if you need your A/C fixed! He will do a thorough job and charge a fair price. We had a tricky refrigerant leak Jose was able to track down and repair. He even checked in after the job to make sure everything was staying cool, which it has now for a solid week and a half. Thanks for such great service!

Jose was so helpful and kind! I called this morning absolutely freezing, as my furnace was only producing cold air. He offered to trouble shoot over the phone, but I didn’t feel equipped to tackle the furnace so he made his way over in the next couple of hours. He took time to show me the different parts of the furnace and teach me how to check it myself, if anything goes wrong again. 10/10!

Jose was excellent. I called with a furnace issue—right then and there, over FaceTime, he helped me troubleshoot the issue, ordered a replacement part, and coached me through the whole experience. I was able to repair the furnace far faster and cheaper than if I were to have called a traditional HVAC contractor.

I had Jose out to my house to help fix and balance and/or replace my current 20 year old system. Jose diagnosed that my current system was in good shape and that my blower motor was just not preforming to spec anymore after 20 years. He replaced the blower, recharged my freon and my system is running like new. I am an architect and discussed with Jose about how to alter my ductwork for a future project. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out a possible solution. I plan on having him do that work in the future and I would highly recommend his expertise in anything HVAC related.

My furnace failed to heat when I had family visiting. Jose talked me through some basic troubleshooting, when that didn't work he came over, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 30 min. Fast and courteous for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.

Jose saved me on a very cold morning. I woke up and suddenly the heat had stopped working at my house. We did some troubleshooting together and figured out that my thermostat had failed.

The fees are more than reasonable and a fraction of what you would pay to bring a tech to your house. I actually think Jose could double his pricing and his services would still be great value.
