They did a great Job on our home. They called 30min prior to let us know they were on the way. Jesus and his crew did a wonderful Job in timely manner. Answering all our questions and even doing my son's room last who has special needs so he didn't feel overwhelmed or scared during process. Thank you and would highly recommend Service is great and affordable.

I scheduled an appointment to see how much it would cost to have my furnace and air ducts cleaned. The owner Tamir kept in touch as to an arrival time which I liked right off. Then his estimate was, now I kid you not, half of what I paid one of the big companies who advertise on TV several years ago to do. Scheduled the service and Tamir fixed ducts that had been leaking for the past 22 years. Took pictures of the inside filthy ducts, (still dirty from construction 22 years ago) and pictures of the clean work. I was just so pleased that I had him back to clean my dryer vents and properly hook it up. Could absolutely not be more happy.

We've been using Action Air Duct to service our furnace for several years. Tamir is always honest and his prices are fair. He recently told us our furnace was broke. He offered to install a new one the next day, but I couldn't do it then. He installed a new Payne unit four days later. Couldn't be happier with the install and price. Gonna get our ducts cleaned in a few weeks.

Action Air Duct did a wonderful job. They came out quickly, within 2 days to help clean my vents. The technicians I worked with were Jesus Novelo and Allen. They explained all the steps to it was easy for me to understand what was needed. They gave me a great price. And most importantly, they were super friendly. It made the whole experience even better! I highly recommend them!! No more toys in my vents 😊

We had a great experience with Action Air Duct. We needed a vented hood installed in our kitchen. Tamir provided a great quote and out of the ordinary solution to the awkward kitchen install. Looks great! Works great! Very happy for the high quality work.

We had Action Air Duct clean our system after an extensive remodel left layers of dust and debris around the basement. There were other companies advertising lower rates but we decided to go with Action Air Duct because of their great online reviews and figured we would get the job done right for the higher price. Unfortunately not much care was put into "leaving the home the way you found it" as can be seen by the marks left on the wall by the machine they attached to the vent and the paint and plaster they pulled off the wall (and didn't even bother to sweep up) when removing the vents. While I hope the ducts themselves are deep cleaned, the vents on the wall were not, and we ended up cleaning them again after the crew left. The crew were very nice and courteous, but even though I had to point out areas that needed to be cleaned up behind them, I still had to perform additional cleaning after they left. Tamir was very responsive to my initial inquiry and made it easy to set up the appointment, even after hours.

Next time I will likely go with one of the lower-cost options.

Update to this review: I was contacted by the owner of the company who apologized for my substandard experience with his technicians, which I appreciate. He offered to pay the cost of cleanup from the mess pictured in my photos and expressed his wish that I had contacted him about the problem before leaving my review. Well... a few weeks later, the furnace that his team "serviced" stopped working. I contacted him about the issue under the terms of his "guarantee" and he offered to come out and look at it, BUT if he decided that his team was not at fault, he would charge me for another service visit. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I did not give him the opportunity to come out and charge me more money for something I had already paid him to do.

I needed a vent hood installation to replace an old over the range microwave that did not vent. Cooking fumes just sat in the house. I didn't know where to start and am so glad I found Action Air Duct. Tamir was very responsive at every stage, professional, and skilled. He walked me through every step and provided a great recommendation for the range hood product. When it arrived, he completed the install with a new exterior duct creation quickly. What a huge life upgrade! The kitchen feels more spacious, and vents properly to an exterior duct. Highly recommend Action Air Duct for this service.

We had a great experience with Tamir and his company. A 2-person crew, headed by Elizabeth, came after hours because we were leaving our condo for 6-weeks. The equipment was clean and powerful. They were efficient and scrupulously clean. They cleaned and sanitized 2 heat pump systems with 10 registers and ducts in 2 hours. The air felt and smelled better, immediately. We highly recommend these folks.

Nathanial and Michael did a fabulous job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. I was amazed at the amount of dust they removed. They arrived on time and left no mess behind.

**Sincerely appreciate the owner reaching out to me lightning fast after writing this review. He’s going to drop off a check refunding the tip and offered to clean the messy bits left behind. He’s going to speak with his employee to correct going forward.

I understand as the owner of a business your level of care might not translate to your employee’s level of care.

The experience I had did not align with these 5 star reviews.

Booked about 3-4 weeks out so we could secure a Saturday. Didn’t receive a text or email reminder of our appt, for 8-9am arrival on 3/2/24. At 8:25am I called the office to confirm they were still coming. They were, new arrival window 9-10am. At 9:54am they called to say they’d arrive in 15 minutes. Arrived 10:16am.

From there, the experience was apathetic. They left our immaculately clean house messy in places.

See attached photos for the smudge left on our ceiling from the suction device they used. There’s little pebbles next to our vents. They moved my shoes to get to the closet vent and then left them askew in the closet. The vent under our washer was flush when they arrived and instead of lifting the washer to put the vent back into the slot, they left it crooked/half installed.

I asked that they suction up the dust bunnies in our crawlspace on the way to our furnace and to please remove the reminder sticker on our furnace from the last cleaning. Didn’t do either. Dust bunny right at the entrance of the crawlspace & sticker is still there.

Unfortunately I didn’t walk the house until after they left. I tipped 20% and wish I could take that back now. Total charge was $1,060 with the tip. Paid with a check because they charge 2.8% fee on credit cards.

Would not book with Action Air Duct again.

We hadn't had our air ducts cleaned in years and these folks did a wonderful job. The crew, headed by Nathaniel, were efficient and thorough. Nathaniel explained everything they were going to do and we can already feel the difference in home. I haven't had to reach for the allergy spray once since they left! Will definitely use them again!
