I can’t say enough good things about Porter Family Heating & Cooling. I had a different company install a Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC system in my home, but soon after, one of the indoor units started having trouble with the fan and wasn’t blowing air like it should. When I called the original installer, he said he was too busy and couldn’t give me a time for repairs, which left me unsure what to do next. I reached out to Porter Family Heating & Cooling, along with a couple of other HVAC companies, to see who could help. All of them said they could come within a few days, but Porter Family Heating & Cooling promised to send someone out that very day—and they did! Brian arrived and spent time carefully checking the system to figure out what was going on. Later, Ezra from the office called me and took care of everything, including submitting the warranty paperwork and keeping me updated about the repair. Within a week, the parts arrived and a technician came out right away, replaced the parts, and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. I was especially impressed with the professionalism and great service. The technician was focused on fixing my HVAC problem and wasn’t even concerned about payment until I asked. Ezra followed up and made the billing process simple and straightforward. After running my own business for years, it’s rare to see this level of care and honesty. The whole experience reminded me of when companies truly valued customer service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC work, including possibly adding another mini-split system. I really appreciate how efficient and energy-saving my Mitsubishi mini-split is—it cools my home better than I expected and helps me save money by only cooling the rooms I use. If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, I highly recommend giving them a call!

This is a company I have used since 2004. Very professional, very honest and they have never ever been anything but fair with their prices and service. Truly a pleasure to do business with Daryll and Kim. Nice Folks! They installed my tankless water heater, they have redone the venting and pipes above my furnace and they have replaced a furnace at my Business, as well as, a air conditioning unit at my Business. They also have come out to my home every year with the exception of last year, to inspect my units. Always on time, they have never sent guys who are new or green or inexperienced and the few times I have had someone other than Daryll, the worker has been great! Their prices were like on average 20% cheaper than everyone else too.

I love Jebco Plumbing and have used them for years. However, i have an emergency this morning with no hot water and a leaking hot water heater and there is no emergency number for Jebco. So therefore, I am forced to go to another company. Later-----I did get a phone call within hours from Darrell at Jebco; however, I in panic mode had already contacted another company. I really appreciated Darrell's phone call and was so disappointed that my water heater picked Sunday to cause trouble!!

Jebco Heating & Air Condition provided prompt and exceptional service in the midst of a recent early summer heat wave.

My central air conditioning unit was out of service and I called at least a half dozen contractors (including one of the traditionally overpriced bigger companies) and not one of them was able to schedule anything closer to one week out.

The woman who answered my call at Jebco was genuinely empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable around AC troubleshooting. We discussed having someone come out in several days and she ended up being able to arrange a service visit towards the end of the next day.

The service tech, Darrell V was very respectful and helpful while he worked with me to arrive at a fairly priced repair solution that met my short term needs and covered a few options that would eliminate the cooling problem altogether.

I would definitely work with Jebco again and recommend using them to anyone with HVAC needs based on my recent experience.

We have been using Jebco for 15 years or so. Had an issue come up last night and they were out next day. Diagnosed the problem, provided a temporary solution so we can run the heat, and will come back with parts to finish the repair. They are our favorite contractor period. Honest, hard working, and dependable. Hard to find those qualities today.Thanks Daryl ( and Kim!).

Jebco is the best. We have used them for heating and air con (both emergency calls and maintenance) and installation of humidifier and they seriously are the most responsive, reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and effective HVAC people around. Plus, their office staff (specifically Kim) is amazing. We trust their recommendations, they have never overcharged, and they show up even in worst weather conditions to fix the problem or just assist. Five stars.

We have used JebCo several times over the past two years for heating emergencies. They have been fantastic! Reliable and with our heater probably needing replacement some time down the line, there was no pressure to just replace it and worked to fix the issue at hand to get us back in service on the cold days. Will be using them when we finally do replace the heater.

We have an amazing furnace/AC unit that Jebco installed 10 years ago. Tonight, on a cold Winter night, they came out and fixed a different furnace that they had not even installed. Their pricing and customer service are more than fair and completely professional. These guys are great and everyone should hire them!

I highly recommend Jebco, Dave came out to provide us with an estimate for replacing our furnace and air conditioner, very kind and informative and explained the different types of units. The crew came out to do the replacement and did a great job. Kim in the office was super easy to schedule with and helpful :)

Best place to get everything you need, very friendly staff and very professional.

Wish you wouldn't corner the market and sell basic parts to the public so they can fix their own equipment.

I choose Johnstone as my number one place to go. Compared to all the other HVAC suppliers in Denver, they are the most friendly, professional, and helpful than others by far.

The keep a lot of parts in stock with a great location with plenty of parking, only complaint is its a mad house having to wait 30 minutes to pull an order.

Wow If not a wholesale buyer or big company that buys wholesale don't bother with these clowns they won't give you the time of day.

Have used Johnstone for over 30 years. They where awesome until they recently started price gouging customers. Unfortunately will have to start going elsewhere for our parts.
