These people installed the ac in a house we just bought. Everything should be covered under warranty but no one will respond to our calls, we’ve left messages but had to have another ac company come out because they wont answer our calls. They said that it was installed wrong so the ac unit was overheating and burning out and if it’s only 9 months old the company should have it under warranty. BUT this company won’t respond to our calls! Next step is going down to the offices.
