I hope people realize where all these review came from out of nowhere. It’s quite obvious there are many fake reviewers with just one review on their profile, or all being posted within hours of each other. Weird.

They have responded quickly to concerns and have been helpful at suppling people to cover the school, so that I can do my job at other schools.

The most extremely rude and disrespectful staff I’ve ever dealt with. And they do not even do a good job with cleaning. Never hire this business and never support this business.

This business is so UNFAIR with payroll, as I was in there office waiting in the room another lady talking to me kept going off how much she gets paid and her friend gets paid, I'm sitting there thinking WHY the difference. So UNFAIR! And communication is something they don't do well with their employees!

I don’t recommend this cleaning service the cleaning that they performed at my home last week was mediocre there was cleaning solution left all over the floor in the bathroom the mirrors were stripped and the floors weren’t mopped I text them to cancel still attempted to come to my house and charge without authorization. I recommend you pick any cleaning service besides this one the owner Vera is pretty disrespectful

Yesenia is our day porter, she is by far the best day porter that we have had. She does her job in a timely manner. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she cares about her job.

This office was very disrespectful towards my mother. Due to some trauma she can’t hear very well as we do. The lady that was attending us was purposely talking in a lower voice after my mother asked politely if she can repeat the questions, each time she asked she would speak lower and lower till she was whispering. My mom could hear you perfectly fine if you talk just a bit louder but she was being a jerk, also while she was attending us she was talking on the phone. In my eyes that very disgusting and unprofessional i will never go back. I don’t recommend.

CCS Facility Services is a new cleaning company for One Denver Place and ultimately for us as a tenant - Summit Midstream Partners, LLC. I am super pleased with their outstanding service - our carpets had some pretty bad dirt areas and they now look brand new! Amazing work!

CCS is my go-to janitorial company for my commercial office buildings. They are professional and respond immediately. They help me with daily cleaning as well as larger projects, flood clean-up and mitigation, maintenance issues and day porter services. I've worked with them across town - Lakewood, Denver Tech Center and a downtown highrise - they put quality crews at each building. Their managerial staff stay in constant communication and will tweak and revise teams and plans as needed. Good attention to detail and willingness to improve are two of the most consistent qualities I find in their onsite employees. Those are the reasons I'll always invite CCS to bid my projects.

CCS is by far the very best cleaning crew!!! Their team is our first call in any emergency situation and they are always the first to show up. I can't count how many "oh sh**" moments that have saved us from :). They are incredibly responsive and have a very high standard for their cleaning service. They are always flexible and somehow find a way to help solve problems with us that are sometimes outside of their cleaning scope. I couldn't recommend them more... such an incredible team of people.

Jessica Martinez is our account manager. She is wonderful and very helpful. Jessica is attentive and responds quickly to the requests from our tenants and management office. She is always professional in handling our needs. Excellent job!
