If you’re looking for cleaning services for your business I would highly recommend CCS. We utilize them for common area, amenity cleaning, and unit turn cleans. We have worked with them for about three years now and are happy to continue the relationship. Pricing is great and service is even better. The dedicated cleaner at one of our sites “Gladys” is phenomenal and is great at what she does. Susi has been my point of contact from the beginning and has been great to work with. She is responsive, so professional and is able to get stuff done! There have been instances where we had construction emergencies or quick turn around times and Susi made what ever we needed happen! I can’t say enough great things about this company.

The account managers are completely useless and very unorganized!
The cleaning crew does a good job with the very little supplies that are given but my complaint is for the senior managers and above. They don’t know how to run a company properly nor how to communicate efficiently between their clients and employees.

One of the drivers backed into my car and their insurance will not pay for damages !!! He tried to pay me cash which is shady then got insurance from another vehicle and then insurance wants to pay $40 when the whole fender was messed up ! This company is shady and negligent!

I've been very happy with CCS services for many years in commercial property management. The account managers are always quick to respond if there is ever an issue. They are the best in the Denver Metro Area.

CCS Facility is an awesome company and are very reliable! We have been through several cleaning companies in the past 10 years and I will say that I have finally find a good company to clean our facility. If I have any concerns, they are addressed immediately and don't occur again. Communication with them is amazing.
