there are the worst company the employees take things as in they steal and the company manger does it as well and i reported it and nothing was done. Take your money else where.

Stop locking the 16st mall restrooms, and. workers hiding in the restrooms and closing and leaving work early will be reporting to the News Channels!!

I had the pleasure of helping coordinate a clean with Roth Property Maintenance for my profession (we run a series of coffee cafes around the metro area) and I have to say, it was an absolute breeze working with the team. Punctual, professional and not afraid of a real clean (our restrooms are open to the public... The downtown public). The crew deep cleaned many areas that our staff missed, and did it with an attention to detail. Every check in was met with a smile, and an update on progress. We were over the moon with how the cafes looked after. I don't remember it being that clean since the store opened! Highly recommend. If you need a difficult job done, these guys will do it!!!

Roth Property Maintenance is always fast to respond and is very courteous and thorough with their tasks. I have been the Office Manager at this location for 6 years and the staff and owner of RPM always answers my calls and goes beyond their regular duties to help out with special requests when they arise, such as an extra clean-up by the dumpsters or helping out with a tenant leak. Some of the team have been here for 20 years and are really loyal, it feels like they are part of our team and not just some vendor we hired to clean. I give them five stars for timely responses, excellent problem-solving and courteous staff!

I have been living in an apartment within 9co for 5 years now. One thing that always has impressed me is how clean the properties are, and how well maintained the grounds have been all these years. When it snows, the team is out there early making it possible for residents to get to work, or wherever they need to go. And they do an incredible job! Throughout the year, the lawn is in perfect shape, landscaping taken care of regularly, it looks festive during the holidays with the string lights and the community feels safe! I believe Tony heads all this up, and he’s been fabulous since I met him years ago. If he doesn’t manage it, well then you’ve got yourself one dedicated employee that consistently goes above and beyond! With the vacant properties, the fact that we’ve remained as safe as it is over here is because of this team! With the newly added park, comes more responsibility, I’m sure, but there’s no doubt that it will be a beautiful spot for years to come! Just wanted to make sure you all know that your hard work is seen and appreciated!

Jan-Pro cleans our office space and they are great! They always let us know about issues they find and always do a good job!

We have been using Jan Pro to clean our office for several years now and we are still very happy! The office feels and looks clean. Jan Pro is great about getting the little areas that we requested including the dust off the back of the office chairs, the odd corners of the carpet throughout the hallway and that spot under the paper towel holder that gets dirty so quickly. Great value for the quality of cleaning. We have tried a few companies over the last several years and are glad we finally found Jan Pro. Whenever we have had a request or questions, we get a very quick response and problems are always addressed and handled promptly.
