Horrendous customer service. I called and spoke to a women named Bri who wanted to argue semantics rather than help me. I got no help from her and she hung up on me. I was calling to help the business by offering state funds to help with finances. The business missed out and I do not expect it to thrive with the current staff on hand.

These guys are terrible. I am a business owner in the Littleton area, and even though we discontinued their service over 4 months ago due to very sub par service and the inability to communicate with the employees they sent to fix the issues, they continue to try and bill us.

This has been communicated to them multiple times via phone and now email. Look else where for your cleaning "solutions"

I appreciate the consistency Stratus Building Solutions provides when cleaning the office. There are hardly ever any issues with the service and if for some reason there is, they always make sure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

The units are nice and space filled. Neighbors can be loud. Leasing office staff depending on who you get are either very helpful or none at all and very rude. But located in a good area socially
