The owner came out within 24 hours to look at possible job and sent back a quote shortly after. Had our warehouse floors cleaned and they did a very good job. Looks great. Very professional owner and crew. We are using them again in 2 months before we do our annual trade show.

Metro Maintenance did a complete strip and wax of our VCT floor at our Bennett location. They communicated promptly every step of the process, and our floors now look as close to "like new" as they could possibly get! On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. Metro Cleaning has been amazing! We have a 56 unit building (6 floors) that require a lot of cleaning (carpets, windows, steam cleaning, wiping items down, and much more). Usually when you hire a crew they kind of do the bare minimum or basics based on their contract, BUT NOT METRO! They kill it every time! They go above and beyond what they need to do for our building. They are in constant contact with our board, they provide picture updates, and they ask questions if they want to see if we want to add any service. I can’t express how happy we are with them. Truly has been the best cleaning crew we have had. For reference they have been our cleaning crew for 4+ years and it’s been a perfect pairing!!!

Another great great job done by Metro Maintenance, I have been using them for over a decade. They were very prompt to get me scheduled, they were flexible with my schedule, showed up on time and completed the job spectacularly. All the stains from my dog are gone and even sprayed a special enzyme to kill/eat the odor. I will use them again, highly recommended.

I recently had the carpet cleaned at our Corporate Headquarters by Metro Maintenance, Inc. From the first interaction when I requested a bid to having the work done, their team was extremely professional and their communication was top notch! Their tech (Wilder) showed up on time and was ready to tackle the job this last Saturday. Wilder and his assistant started with the tile in our lobby and restrooms and I was astonished how clean they were able to get it! They then moved on to the carpeted areas on both our first and second floors and meticulously cleaned every corner of carpet. I've worked with several floor cleaning companies in my career, but have to say Metro Maintenace, Inc., Wilder and his assistant made a lasting impression and I will certainly be using them again in the future!

Great cleaning company, did a wonderful and quality job. They also have tile grout cleaning service and our grout in our commercial bathrooms are shining and look as new. Service was fantastic! I emailed Metro and the service rep came out the next day and gave me an estimate and discussed services. The price was extremely fair and I was able to select the services I needed and there was no pressure to add services I didn't want or need. The cleaning was scheduled for the next day and the tech (George) was on time and very polite. He did the job quickly and thoroughly and walked me through the warehouse after for an inspection. I highly recommend this company!
