We contacted Metro Maintenance when our house sold, we were under pressure to have our house cleaned and carpet deep cleaned before closing. We were very pleased that they came so quickly and did such a thorough job at a reasonable price. The service and the employees were excellent and friendly and the quality of the work was top notch. My carpets are 20 yrs old and now they look new again. What could of been a very difficult time for us became a real pleasure, that is why we are delighted in giving Metro Maintenance a five star and recommend them to anyone.

Metro Maintenance has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the time we've worked together. We had our construction trailer VCT floors stripped and waxed, which helped cleaning and looked incredible. We have weekly cleaning services, and our cleaners have always been amazing, helpful, kind, respectful, and thorough. Ina is an incredibly responsive project manager and has been able to accommodate our ever-changing needs on a very challenging job site (both for access requirements as well as how dirty our construction area gets). I have been incredibly satisfied with Metro Maintenance and recently recommended them within our company for a new project site. Their quotes are fair and reasonable, the work completed is exceptional, and the people are respectful and responsive - what more could you ask for?!

This company provides truly professional carpet cleaning. They showed up early, paid close attention to detail, and left our carpets looking brand new. I also appreciated how they explained carpet cleaning maintenance and tips to extend the life of our carpets.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Hired Hugo to do a deep move out clean and top to bottom carpet shampooing including stairs. The house cleaning was mediocre at best; my daughter and I had to clean some things. For $495 dollars I should not have had to pick up a rag. Hugo said 4-6 hours for carpet shampooing; they were there less than an hour and left the carpets so soggy I could splash water; sent guy back to retract water-he was there 15 min max. I ended up shampooing carpets with my home shampooer, and pulled out bucket after bucket of filthy water. I did not pay him for the “shampooing” even though he threatened me with collections until I sent him pics; he never accepted responsibility.
COMMUNICATION WAS IMMEDIATE; text messages and photos sent within 10 hrs; Hugo claimed he would fire his ‘sub-contractor’; Hugo offered me a 25% discount to leave a “great review”; this in addition to the 10% discount for using BBB; I refused. DO NOT BELIEVE HIS RESPONSE!!!

Mark and his team is always very professional and responds very quickly to my requests. Randy is always available and willing to go above and beyond his work load to solve problems, when need be. He responded to an issue we had one night after his crew had left our site, assuring me that all was well.
