Barely passable as a plumbing company. No consideration for cleaning up, left a mess behind. Did not properly install the water heater and had continually lost items during the install. Would not recommend.

Honest plumber with great experience. When other plumbers were saying we had a big, expensive problem, Gilbert had a better, cheaper fix.

This guy is the man! He diagnosed my water hammer over the phone without charging me while other big companies wanted $60 just to come out. Any future work I have, for sure giving this guy a call back. Thank you again!

They're personable and reasonably priced. Another company quoted me $679 for a job Gilbert did for $135 in 30 minutes.

I called this company because I dropped a diamond earring down my sink that had extreme sentimental value to me. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind and patient. Instead of charging me a fee for a truck roll and sending out a plumber, he walked me through all of the steps over the phone and I was able to retrieve my earring. When I do need a plumber, I will be calling this company. Thank you sir.

I don't like to bother posting these reviews but it's worth posting this one. I always dread calling plumbers because there's always some hidden fee or they take forever to just get the job done. These guys dealt with a leak in my crawlspace from the pipes coming from my half-bath toilet (gross) that other plumbers have missed over the years. It was quick, the price was fair. Yeah, what more could you want from a plumbing service? Would highly recommend.

Gilbert fixed our sewer pump. Came when he said he would in a few hours and was back the next day with a replacement. Doesn’t buy cheap parts either like the last place for it to break again in a year. Thanks for your help and honesty!

They were able to come same-day when I had a serious plumbing issue that led to me not being able to use water anywhere in the house. They did an excellent and efficient job repairing the problem, and the price was much less than what I was expecting. Thanks Gilbert and Luis!

Gilbert is the guy! He came and fixed two issues for us and was very responsive and quick. A lot of people pretend to know what they’re doing but not Gilbert. He’s the real deal!

Called the company because my tub drain was clogged and the guy (owner?) talked me through a solve within a couple of minutes. Saving me the timing and expense of having a tech come out. Very knowledgeable about my old house plumbing (never knew there was a secret panel on the other side of the tub), and gave clear directions. Any future big problems that come up will definitely be calling them to fix. Great work.

Just had our first experience with Quality Plumbing and they were great!! They were able to fit us into their busy schedule the very next day - thankfully b/c this fix needed to happen quickly. It was a holiday and I randomny picked Quality plumbing to call. Mostly they answered the phone promptly while other places did not. We had water coming into our basement from our sprinkler system and Gilbert was wonderful. He face-timed with me and we solved the problem. He didn't even charge me. But just having someone responsive on a holdiay in an emergency was a lifesaver. If I ever do have another plumbing issue I'm calling Quality plumbing right away.

Gilbert is the absolute man. I called him this evening and he was able to help me out over the phone. He didn't even ask me for any money. Most plumbers would have charged a service fee just to come out, instead he just walked me through something to try and helped me diagnose the problem. Now next time I have a real issue I know exactly who I'm going to call first since I trust him not to rip me off.

Gilbert and Luis were able to drop by within a few hours and took care of my issues - one being a backed up disposal. They also gave me a bunch of great advice about maintaining a few plumbing related things. Reasonably priced - and nice to see a son get into the family business.

Gilbert at Quality Plumbing came out when he said he would, and cleaned out our main sewer line. He even restarted the washer for me, all for a very reasonable price. He also gives tips and advice just in case there's an easy solution to your problem. As long as he's in business, he'll have our business.

Gilbert saved the day when our water heater went out and was leaking in our basement. He came by same day to assess the damage and then was able to replace the very next day at a very reasonable price. He also called to follow up after the install to make sure the water & temperature were working properly. Top notch service!
