Mike at Professional Plumbers addressed a water leak that was leaking water underground from outside and into our crawl space. This was a top priority for us and became a top priority for him. He has his team at our house in no time and started digging to find the leak that was identified by a leak detection company. The leak was under our concrete driveway and he did a nice job fixing the leak, patching the driveway and leaving the area in a pristine condition. Thanks, Mike!

Michael and his crew are top notch. They are always prompt, professional, and do exceptional work. No job is too big or too small for them. I manage an apartment complex and they handle everything for me. We had to have back-flow regulators for the city of Englewood put in, and when we had a boiler go down, Michael was on top of the job immediately. Update December 2025 - The kitchen sink Professional Plumbers Denver installed in 2024 has failed spectacularly. The spigot burst off the sink and sprayed water everywhere. Had to turn off water and call a reputable plumber to fix properly. Everything PPD did for my family has failed, I would never trust them again.

Unhappy with the work done by Professional Plumbers Denver which broke after a couple months of very light use. Extremely unprofessional response when I contacted them for support. I gave them several chances to make things right but they are not interested in customer service. They were consistently unpunctual for appointment times. I was quoted for a job after the work was completed. Then we had to negotiate the price. They push you hard to pay via Venmo and do not mention the fee for credit cards until after the work has been completed.

If you've got any troubles with Plumbing, this is the company to call, Gretchen will set you up! Hand down, best services I've ever had,

Had a great experience with Profesional Plumbers Denver!

Michael went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and spent hours on the phone for me to make it work with our home warranty. When he simply could have passed and focused his resources elsewhere. He had no problem spending the extra time, even after hours to make sure we were taken care of. Not to mention I’m 120 miles round trip from them!

Two other companies wouldn’t even answer their phones or call back, but this company is on top of it, always answering. Work scheduled, done fast! Appreciate you and thank you for the hot water!!!!

Amazing job replacing my water heater. The installation was seamless, my technician was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the pricing was Fair. Not to mention how prompt they were in an emergency situation. Finding honest contractors and companies like this are hard to come by these days! The girl who I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and enthusiastic and gave me all of the info I could have possibly needed and made it a smooth process to get my service set up. Would recommend!

Michael answers the phone when you call. He goes out of his way to ensure you are clear on what needs to be repaired and if something is not a big deal, he will tell you! He isn't just trying to make money, he is here to talk through what is urgent and what is not. I am a Realtor and the buyers were very concerned about a sewer line. It needed to be replaced. He took the time to talk to both buyers and sellers to ensure everyone was clear on what needed to be done and that everyone felt great about the process to get there. If he hadn't stepped in, the deal absolutely would have fallen apart - it almost did because of two other sewer companies who would not communicate. It's important in this industry to work with people who care about everyones success as much as you do. Michael definitely does. I look forward to many more transactions with him in the future.
