The pipes were reversed (no fault of his) in our home, so Mike actually came back a second time and fixed it for us.
Invoicing took a little bit of time to receive, but everything that needed to be accomplished was accomplished.

First of all, let me say that I am here in Denver visiting a family member who is having the work performed by professional plumbers Denver, Michael Bitton and crew.

I own rental properties in Arizona and I'm always getting work done, especially plumbing. Although I'm not a plumber myself, I have a background in the trades and I know good work when I see it. As well. I know bad work when I see it.

These guys hit on all cylinders, fast work, great price, and excellent quality work. Normally you only get two of the above as the saying goes fast, good, cheap. Pick two and take the inverse of the other.

I was especially impressed with how well they did the work and even more so how well they put everything back together after it was done. When Michael and his crew were finished, you would never have known that there was a 6 ft hole 10 to 15 ft long in my family members backyard.

In addition to the work ethic and the quality of work, Michael and his crew are a pleasure to be around and interact with.

I can't recommend these guys enough and what I really wish is that they were in Arizona where I live because I would use them for all future plumbing problems in my rental properties.

Besides providing me with the best price by far out of the four companies I asked to bid on replacing all the cast iron plumbing in my mother's house, Michael (the owner) was always available (answering my calls immediately or responding within minutes) to address any of my concerns after being awarded the job and all the way through to the completed job walkthrough; no sales person, no job coordinator, no quality assurance person... Simply one extremely knowledgeable and honest professional taking responsibility for directing a well trained crew and fulfilling my expectations by following through on his promise to deliver quality work on time. UPDATE: Please see the business response below. It was hooked up in the right direction before the plumber came. When he left it was backwards. Cold is running into the hot side of the tank. We have done no work on these lines previous to this plumber so stop the lies. The work that my father, who is experienced, was working on the wash machine line, which should have been identified if the plumber was skilled. May I also mention that the worker said he would have to cut into the wall to see the problem. This is not the work of someone with experience. Currently finding someone else to fix your terrible work.

Needed a fridge water line put in. By the end of the appointment and 320 dollars on top of the original quote later I had messed up hot water heater lines that didn't need to be messed with. He recognized it was we wrong before he left. Instead of fixing it and putting it back, he said, I can't keep doing this all night and then said if you have me back out here to fix it I am going to have to charge you. Shady and will never use this business again. As of right now, it is still not resolved.

Mike and his team did a great job with our water service line replacement, hanging everything from start to finish. They were very communicative and acted promptly to help us in an urgent situation.
