Jordan from Defense Plumbing was the guy I spoke to the phone and also the guy that showed up the next morning to give me a quote.
After calling a couple of other plumber groups in Denver and getting routed through some sort of switchboard/call back service, being able to talk to the person who also shows up was great.
Jordan showed up promptly; was thorough in assessment and helpful with my queries.

I had great experience with Jordan, he answered the phone (no dispatch service middleman involved) and was able to review the issue based on pictures I sent him. He was able to come the next day to assess the extent of the repair and to fix it the next day. He was very professional and helpful. Jordan was INCREDIBLE! He was able to help me out on a Friday afternoon when no-one else could or would and then went out of his way to be extremely flexible with timing of the repair and also made it a point to not repair things that did not have to be (so we wouldn't have to pay needlessly more).
