Harold Dean is a plumber at A1 and came to fix our frozen pipes. He was the 3rd plumber to come over and was the only one that got them fixed. It took him almost 3 hours and he did not give up. I will only use him for any plumbing issues as he will 100% not leave until it is fixed!

AJ was asked to come help stop a leak on a water pipe on a Monday before 6 PM. A leak had sprung in the pipe at the house that was being cleaned before the new owners moved in. Our water softener guy could see what was needed, but since he wasn't a licensed plumber, he cut the leaky part of the pipe out & recommended that we get a plumber to to finish what he had started. All that was needed was the official connect to the pipe now with clamps. AJ came & clamped it & charged $250 just to do a 5 minute job! Not saying he's not a good plumber, but to me, he just showed poor character & downright greediness. Will not recommend him anymore.

Horrible absolutely horrible don't call them. I called them on the recommendation of my HOA. They sent a plumber out promptly. I had a leak. He said $319 for the 1st hour the price would go up. I informed him that he could leave after 1 hour.
He was so bad that I called his supervisor while he was here. He went to get a ladder he was gone for 20 minutes. He never found the problem.
I called another plumber who found the issue in 2 minutes within arrival.
I will never call them again..

These guys are AMAZING!!! They are honest, trust worthy, provide superior/quality work, extremely cost effective and showed up the same day I called on numerous occasions to fix my issues and ensure that I did not have to go without air conditioning for even a day. Please take my advice and use these guys for everything possible!!!!!

A-1 has been my family’s plumber since I was a child and that goes back 70 years! David always arrives on time and is a pleasure to host in our house. Karen is simply friendly and easy to work with.

Great service and pricing! Call here first for pricing. I made the mistake and purchased supplies elsewhere only to be told that I need to go here anyway for calibration certification. I could have purchased all my supplies through A-1 already certified and saved around $500. Dolly set up is not my unit but rather an example of their custom built hydrant dolly. Non dolly set up was unit built for me.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Brothers Plumbing. We woke up this morning to a leak seemingly coming from inside the walls and Brothers was able to send out a technician the same day.

Kevin S. quickly assessed the issue and was able to get the leak fixed within the hour. He kindly explained each step of the process and showed me where the issue stemmed and how the problem was resolved. Would use Brothers again.

"Andy R" came to our house right on time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. The end result of the repair that was better than the original installation. What really struck me was his pride in his work technique and his passion for precision. And he's a super interesting guy to talk to. He was incredibly efficient, and got the job done in about an hour and a half . The bill was reasonably priced and we have a 2-year warranty to back it up. I personally would highly recommend Brothers Plumbing anyone (as they were to me) and you'd be super lucky to get Andy!

We’ve been having issues with our thermostat constantly resetting! Naturally it wasnt doing it when Phil came out but he spent so much time trying different things and making sure everything he could think of was checked. He gave some great recommendations on places to start and what to do/look for when it happens again. Very helpful, very pleasant, very appreciated

A month ago, I hired this company to fix a leak under my sink. At the time, everything seemed resolved — no obvious signs of water, and I trusted the job was done right. Fast forward to now, I discovered a slow leak had been ongoing this entire time. Turns out, the compression nut wasn’t fully tightened, causing a slow drip that went unnoticed and ultimately ruined a brand-new cabinet that I had installed just two months prior.

I’m extremely disappointed. A simple check of the fittings could have prevented all this damage. Now I’m left dealing with mold, water damage, and the cost of replacing part of a nearly new installation — all because the repair wasn’t done properly the first time.

This experience has been frustrating and costly. I expected professional work, but I’m now questioning the quality and attention to detail that was provided. I hope this company takes accountability and learns from this so others don’t face the same issue.

Shelby came out to our house today to diagnose a furnace issue. She was very helpful, professional, and pleasant! She explained everything very well and set expectations regarding what she could during that visit. I would definitely call Brothers again for any of our heating or plumbing issues.

The service by Nathan today was amazing. I will recommend Brother's all the time. Service time was same day, fixed my furnace within an hour. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you!
