Plumbing reviews in Denver, Colorado

I am new in town, so when my furnace went out unexpectedly, I wasn’t sure who to call. But I saw Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric in a local resource guide and after checking out their reviews on Yelp, I decided to give them a try.

Their service, from my first phone call to them yesterday to the successful installation of my new furnace today, was impeccable. If anything, they over-communicated, which is the opposite of what you get from many service companies.

I had photographs of the salesperson yesterday and my Technician today well before they arrived, which gave me some feeling of security when a “stranger“ appeared on my doorstep.

My technician, Seth, was here all day today, from 9 this morning till 5:30 PM when he completed the installation. That’s a pretty long appointment and he was pleasant and professional the entire time. Not only that, but he got an incredible amount of work done and set me up with what appears to be a fantastic new furnace that will serve me for many years to come. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Note: if you are only looking for rock-bottom pricing, and don’t give a darn about service, this may not be the company for you. But if you are willing to pay a little extra In exchange for the comfort of knowing they’ve been in business in Denver for 45 years and have built a pretty amazing reputation, then give Brothers a try.

I signed up for the home care program which means I will go back to them for most things related to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC on my new home at discounted rates.This gives me a great feeling of security, that I won’t be calling around for all of these different services, but instead, will go back to the same company.

So far, for services provided yesterday and today, I rate Brothers 10/10.

I have never used these guys before but the driver of unit 017 cut me off on 70th and broadway, almost hitting me and a median, and he was on his phone.

Have had to use them multiple times on a couple of properties. They are very professional and friendly from office staff with scheduling to teams that are on site doing repairs! Good pricing and worth the call.

Renovation experience damaged by subcontracted plumber, Lorenzo Villegas owner of Plumb Tech LLC
Mr. Villegas initially dismissed my extensive concerns about the condition of the plumbing with “I’m the best.” Then my new downstairs shower backed up into my beautiful new basement – he told me “it happens.” During the renovation process, my water heater began to leak, run constantly, and the release valve was warmer than the pipe above it, yet heat rises. After “three” he said, release valve changes, then an expansion tank added, and another “this is a good water heater” it’s still leaking.
These are minor, and could have been simple hiccups in a renovation process, but Mr. Villegas began to openly and aggressively resent and berate me about actually addressing my extensive concerns about the condition of the plumbing.
Whether Mr. Villegas of Plumb Tech LLC didn’t feel properly compensated by the General Contractor or is just defensive and abusive by nature --it's not my doing and I should not be cussed at.

They have done NOTHING to improve heating/hot water at 12641 W. Mississippi Ave. This is after 4 YEARS of the 'company' servicing the account (in my history here). I (as a resident) PAY for your non-service! I have 90 degree water on FULL HOT on an average. NOT code.

Jimmy Angel was the only one who was able to get the leak fixed after 10 days of dirty water pouring through my ceiling every couple of hours!
