I needed a ceiling fan installed in my living room where there was no overhead lighting. Chris V arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He was able to put a new power box in the ceiling and wire it over to an existing switch that powered a wall socket. Now the socket is always on and the switch now controls the ceiling fan. Chris even installed the ceiling fan, which i was expecting to do myself once he finished installing the power box. But he took care of everything, even thoroughly cleaned all of the dryway and insulation dust and ensured everything was the way i wanted it before even discussing payment. Brothers is easy to work with and they know what they are doing. I would recommend for any service you would need.

Andy was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able bring everything up to code while replacing my water heater. He presented all my options without any pressure to spend more than I was able. I would definitely use Brothers again and request Andy!

Moose was amazing! He did a great job explaining what the issue was. He also gave us quotes for upcoming work that I asked about, but did not pressure us into getting it done right away. Sad that he will be leaving Colorado in the coming months because I would request him for future work. It's also a plus when he loves your dog (since she really runs the house)!

We were new in town, having moved from the Midwest, and wanted to install a utility sink in the basement and replace the garbage disposal in the kitchen. The prior owner of our home had good experience with Brothers Plumbing, so we put in a call. We got an estimate very promptly and both items were completed within a day or two, which was necessary particularly with the utility sink, as it needed to precede other work in the basement. Thanks for a very prompt response, professional service, and a pleasant team all the way around.

Andrew from Brothers was very kind and very helpful. He helped resolve an issue with the humidifier that is attached to our furnace. This occurred late in the afternoon yesterday and Andrew was able to come out early evening to help resolve the issue. He came back today to complete additional work that was required, including replacing our thermostat.

We have been using Brothers for over five years for just about everything. I highly recommend Andrew and Brothers for your HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs.

Joe P was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They came out and addressed the problem and explained it to me, gave me a couple of quotes for different work, and scheduled with me a day or so later for the actual work. The day they were working they showed up earlier than expected and made sure to keep me updated on the work while I was working upstairs in my office. On top of the top notch customer service the price was cheaper than expected after applying a handful of discounts I didn't know I qualified for. All in all it was awesome and I'll for sure be getting work done in the future from Brothers.

I had a membership with Brothers at my previous home, so I knew that they did quality, honest, and reasonably priced work. The furnace in my new home started making a noise recently, so Brothers was the first name that came to mind. The techs that came out (one was apprenticing) were both very nice and immediately identified and resolved my issue. They also cleaned and adjusted the furnace, and it now runs very smoothly without any noise! I was very very happy with the service I
received, and I will definitely use Brothers again in the future!

Kevin with Brothers P&H came to our home this morning, we had a leak in the basement that started yesterday. He was prompt, on time, pretty much self sufficient and very courteous. He has been to our home previously a couple of years ago and did fantastic work then also. Our recommendation is with Brothers P&H. He was also very knowledgeable about our desire for a water softening system in the near future since we believe that the hard water is the largest contribution factor to our water issues from Thornton water. Manny came over to replace my garbage disposal. Everyone from the phone operator to Manny were immaculate - they are professional and Manny did an outstanding job. His work is great, and I have no issues with him or the work he did.

The reason for the two star review is because of pricing. It was $900+ dollars for the garbage disposal replacement, and NOW I know, the average cost of this job should be closer to $300-$400 . I should have pushed for an actual quote over the phone instead of having you guys deliver it to me in person + the cost of getting the quote.

The invoice doesn't break down labor cost vs. the part cost and now I know why...they don't want you to know the actual part cost because it won't take long to realize how bad you are getting screwed on labor pricing.

Great work, great employees - terribly expensive. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look for another plumber next time.

Then be transparent...breakdown labor and part costs.

Great people great company. Had a small leak they came out same day and finished in a few hours. They gave me recommendations and showed me the best fix for my home! I will definitely hire them again

Cameron our technician was super nice and replaced our thermostat in 15 minutes. He was so personable. However, brothers is ridiculously overpriced. I asked about pricing when I called and would only quote the $97 fee for coming out. I supplied the thermostat and it was basic, non programmable , it took him 20 minutes all told and cost was 321$ which included a $50 discount coupon. A rip!!!
However, I called and spoke to the manager and he is refunding on $121 of the cost. It says on their website, they do flat pricing. The woman when I called should have told it and I would have gone somewhere else. Get the price before booking.

Brother did an excellent job.i signed up for their maintenance program and had them look at my AC unit. After not servicing it for 5-10 years the repairs and cleaning were reasonable and fair. Shelby and Cameron did an excellent job showing me what they were doing and let me take pictures of what they were doing so I could do a little research on my own. I will be having them come out next month for a filter system upgrade fan cleaning.

Manny was a very pleasant gentleman. He came in and was very professional and understood my needs. He did a thorough estimate and explained exactly what was on the invoice. Great job, keep up the excellent work.

Very professional crew. I've had them over twice now, and they always take the time to walk through the costs and rationale. I know I'm getting a quality job done right and they're not cutting corners - ensuring things like wire gage and gas line size are adequate for my needs. I wish they did more contracting work and I'd use them for everything!

Andy was great. Gave us good advice not just on our current plumbing issue but also our water heater. No BS or trying to upsell, just straight up good guy. We’ll definitely use them again when we need work done. Also for the reviews that say they’re expensive- you get what you pay for and I’m willing to pay a bit more to know I have someone honest and trustworthy working on my house. 10/10 recommend.

Cameron was absolutely fantastic during my recent HVAC service. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. I am super pleased with Brothers! I am new to CO and have been through several plumbers for issues I've had with my 30 year old home. This time I needed help with my gas furnace. Cameron arrived on time for two different issues. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He never tried to 'upsell'. He presented the serious safety issues but didn't try to make minor issues seem scary. He completed a thorough examination, clearly diagnosed the problems, quoted the work and fixed the problems quickly as quoted without any surprise billing. He also provided quotes for less urgent work that can be completed in the future. The quotes were honest and significantly less than quotes received from competitors. Cameron helped me build trust in Brothers such that I decided to join their maintenance program which saved me 10% on this and all future services with a company I now trust. Moose did a wonderful job installing a bathroom fan and fixing some of my smoke detectors. I have vaulted ceilings and the fan was last replaced in 1984, so it was not an easy task. The new fan is quiet and works perfectly. Moose was very kind and professional and took his time to explain what he was doing. He also made sure to make friends with my dog before he started to make the instalation process completely stress free. I would highly recommend this company. Be sure to request Moose.

Scott and Chandler installed an expansion tank on my water heater to bring it to code and remedy problems with a leaky T&P Relief Valve. They are knowledgeable and skilled and explained well the proposed project. Their work is top-notch. (The finished product photos are neat and shiny.) I highly recommend their services.

My hot water heater broke so I needed someone quickly and they got me in right away. They were convenient, friendly, thorough, great communication, all the things you need from a plumber. I really appreciated that he pointed out where I could save money by hiring a handyman but also offering to do it for me. They feel very trustworthy, intelligent, and helpful. Highly recommend
