Incredibly disappointed with my experience with Daniel from High 5 Plumbing. I made an appointment to install a kitchen faucet, get estimates to replace a shower head and control knob in a guest bathroom. I thought the person understood when I described my kitchen faucet install over the phone.I spoke in crystal clear English: "I have a standard glacier bay/delta type situation in my kitchen. I don't have anything special like a custom marble sink, or top of the line materials and countertops. I have a stainless steel sink and I would like to switch from a Single handle to a duel handle faucet. I want to upgrade but along the lines of a better Delta product." You think saying those exact words give you insight into the specific services you're doing, well I was wrong. Before I even had the appointment, they called me 3 times to try to book me earlier. I appreciate them trying to get me in, but I can't leave work to meet them. Going over the last phone call they made to me, I definitely started to get vibes there's a reason they're not completing jobs. The day the Daniel showed up, he seemed like he genuinely didn't want to be there. He made an almost off-hand comment about how much work he's done in the area and he's quite familiar with the structures here. I asked him to take a look at things, asked what they have for the faucet and bathroom. He grabbed some lights and looked under the sink in the kitchen and started giving me the used car salesmen schpeel "Oh ya, this should really be replaced, this looked used and warn, I'd feel much better if we replaced this part and this item, this one too I need to get my saw and cut into the sink area and that's gonna be a little extra time" I knew we could get a couple of estimates so I asked him what kind of products he had and what the cost is between myself supplying the faucet vs if I went with their product. He starts on about the stuff they install, 100% real brass, they only use these products, they are top of the line beyond industry standard blah blah blah. I live in a modest condo in North Denver, he saw my previous faucet was glacier bay sitting in a stainless steel sink Dan looked me straight in the face with an estimate to replace a kitchen faucet and all my re do my recent repaired plumbing under my sink for nearly $1500. Not sure why this guy thought installing a solid brass faucet onto my aged stainless steel sink was an idea I was going to latch onto but moving on .. I asked him how much their faucet was they supply, and he point blank said " You know, they don't really tell me how much the stuff is we use. I just install it I don't know the costs". I was taken aback again when he told me this. I asked for an estimate with my own material thinking there has to be an incredible difference. He quoted $662.00 Which I guess was the "bottom of the barrel". I immediately gave him my credit card to pay the "$49.00 service fee if the tech doesn't complete work". I get it, most people are uneducated when it comes to home repairs or they simply waste professionals time, but this felt scammy from the get. I told him I'll reach out when I'm ready to move forward and that was that... or so I thought. I kept getting hounded with texts about customer feedback, how soon would I like to schedule the work etc. etc. I eventually got exhausted with the texts so I unsubscribed. Literally only to receive MORE TEXTS asking why I wanted to unsubscribe? Seriously?? I didn't want to tell High5 Plumbing but the only reason I contacted them was because my preferred company wasn't able to get to me sooner. I will wait as long as I need for the other guys. Fun fact: The following day I had my dishwasher installed and when that guy looked under the sink, he complimented me on the plumbing I had done and how everything looks great. The control valves, emergency shut off. Everything High 5 Plumbing said was bad. He could tell it was done recent and it was done right. No thanks High 5 Plumbing I stay clear of High 5 Plumbing and you should too!!

Over the past few months, Jose has completed several projects for us, and we cannot praise enough the exceptional quality of his work and the outstanding service he consistently delivers. His professionalism is truly unmatched, setting a standard that goes above and beyond expectations. Thank you, Jose, for your dedication, skill, and unwavering commitment to excellence in everything you do.

They had the water filtration system I wanted at a fair price, but I wouldn’t recommend joining their “club.” It’s basically a way to get back into your house for high-pressure sales. They tried to sell me $15K in unnecessary HVAC work on a five-year-old home. Later, during a plumbing visit, they guessed at a “problem” without testing anything and tried to sell another system. I ended up diagnosing the real issue myself while they were still there. Overall, too much upselling and not enough honest service.

Nathan from High 5 is my new electrician and did a wonderful job in making my home safe from the multiple fire hazards my ex left in his wake after moving out.

Nathan not only went far above and beyond what was expected, he listened with empathy as I explained my situation I was left in and was kind to me. Nathan made me feel as if there really are good men in the world still.

Thank you Nathan for restoring my electrical in my house to order and making me feel safe to live there finally.

I cannot recommend High Five enough! Manny and Nick were absolutely fantastic to work with. I’ve hired High Five in the past for plumbing needs -- replacing my sump pump, cleaning my water heater, and fixing a spigot. They always did a great job. For some reason, I didn’t realize they also did HVAC. That was my mistake, and one I regret!

When my AC went out, I hired another company. They replaced the motor (probably at too high a cost, though at this point I’d rather not know) and then performed “maintenance” on my condenser. That so-called maintenance left me with a loud humming noise that drove me crazy. After two more unsuccessful visits, I gave up and called High Five to set things right.

Today, Manny and Nick came out and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. They also cleaned the coils in my furnace, which were in terrible shape, and did it all for around $350. The other company had quoted me $1,100, $2,300, and even $3,600 for the same job! The difference in service and honesty was night and day. The price seemed reasonable. They were both great to talk with and Manny has a smile that lights up a room. Which just adds to an already positive interaction.

The best part... every job High Five has done for me has been top-tier. I trust them and value their integrity.

And one more thing I love about High Five: after each visit, they send me a little bag of butterscotch as a thank-you. Sure, I could buy a bag at the store for a dollar, but theirs always makes me smile. It’s such a super nice touch!

Peter serviced a leak near our dishwasher. He has provided service for us in the past and we asked for him specifically. He is professional, respectful, and thorough. After assessing the situation he determined it was an appliance issue, not a plumbing issue and recommended an appliance service company to us. I highly recommend Peter and will continue to request him in the future if we require a plumbing service.

High 5 is a great company and Corey Kennedy is a fantastic plumbing tech. Very communicative and efficient. Great customer service and top notch work!

Miranda and Ricky were amazing! I loved the comfort of having a woman provide these services (as a woman myself). Miranda was knowledgeable, trustworthy & put me at ease about what needed to get done. She explains the context of her work very well and had no problem answering all of my questions in a thoughtful way that helped me understand. Well done!

BRIAN came out to our mobile home today 11/14/25 as part of a free inspection deal. He did a comprehensive check-up on our furnace, the associated circuit breaker(s), and the vents in each room. All for the price of $0.00. On top of his knowledge of his trade, he was polite, easy-going, and efficient. He also answered any questions we had about our heating system. He was even able to listen attentively (not an easy task) to my roommate drone on about the plumbing work we had done last winter. I definitely recommend asking for BRIAN if you're in need of some help with your heating or A/C systems. 5/5 stars.

High 5 was the 7th plumber I called today for my building’s emergency. They may be first next time. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. TaVonne was extremely professional and I was immediately confident in his ability. The work was completed in a few hours to my satisfaction and had me very relieved to go into the weekend with hot water and heat. Thank you High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric.

Evan helped me diagnose a small plumbing problem that turned into a larger problem. He was extremely professional and told me the options upfront. I always had a great experience with High 5.

We loved Cory, the master plumber!. He was quick, saved us an additional visit and fixed our main issue with the sink faucet. We signed up for their membership afterwards.

Ricardo was great. Gave me several options for the job- not high pressure sales, so I felt comfortable making a good decision!

Justin Covington came out to our house today and fixed multiple things that needed to be addressed. Not only was he professional, but he was very knowledgeable and honest with my husband and I on the work that needed to be performed. High 5 has always been a great plumbing company with amazing technicians, and now that they specialize in two more trades (HVAC and Electrical), we will definitely be contacting them for other assistance. As a returning customer, I would HIGHLY recommend you join their loyalty program. It is definitely worth every penny.

    Thank you again Justin!!

DO NOT do business with these people. Totally a SCAM Company.
I had a very simple job to make it done at home. Just change the toilet water supply with a 1/4 turn valve. I specified very clearly when I did the appointment.
A guy shows up and after mentioning that he has been in the industry for 30+ years, the first thing he does is start inspecting the entire plumbing house looking for issues and OUT of CODE stuff - just bullshit made up to convince you need to have work done where does not needed.
Totally unnecessary given the job that needed to be done. I immediately realized that this was a scam and they came just to collect the 50 bucks they charge to come to your house.
After hearing the sales pitch for 15min I agreed for him to get me a quote to replace the freaking valve that cost $15 at Home Depot plus 2 more in the sink - after all I thought that since the guy came, and I will have to pay for the visit I may as well get a quote.
At this point I was prepared to pay for an overpriced job given that I needed that replaced (by the way, the valve does not leak or have any other issues, it just does not properly turn given that it is just old so I wanted it replaced).
After waiting for 30min for the guy to finish his freaking cigarette and prepare a quote, he comes back with $2000 dollars to replace a $15 dollar valve.
I see this as a lack of respect for customers and unfortunately such a waste of time. I understand that these people only want big jobs and maybe replacing a valve will not make their day, but at least they should be upfront and avoid wasting anybody's time.
I don't give a shit about the $50 bucks I paid to the guy, I just only regret the time wasted.

Extremely disappointing experience. Levi Torres of High Five Plumbing was unbelievably rude and unprofessional from the start. Instead of answering basic questions or trying to help, he was dismissive, condescending, and acted like my business was an inconvenience. Customer service matters, especially when you’re inviting someone into your home, and this was the complete opposite of that. I would never recommend a company whose owner treats people this way. Plenty of other plumbers out there who actually respect their customers.

High Five provided some of the most excellent customer service that I have recieved in a very long time, they were punctual, professional, and efficient. I had to have someone come out immediately for a hot water replacement and I was fortunate enough to have Gage assist me. From the beginning, he was courteous and thoughtful, walking me through my options and ensuring that I understood every step of the process. He was highly professional and got the work done in a timely fashion, respecting that one of my tenants was sleeping in the next room. I definitely plan to change my usual company to High Five and use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

High 5 came highly recommended from someone I trust. Making an appointment was easy, communication leading up to the appointment was great. Shaquan was professional, friendly, and explained all my options; then he helped schedule my follow up appointment.

Technician was great, but excess pricing. I had anti frost faucet replaced and they wanted to put on ball value shut off. I priced the exact parts and I was changed over $1000 for labor that took an hour and half
