Morgan at Prime Plumbing & Heating installed both of our toilets the same day. He was knowledgeable and skilled with a touch of humor. We were replacing one 60+ -yr-old toilet, and another at least 42 yrs.old; they used more water and were quieter but needed to be replaced. We are very happy with our new toilets and highly recommend Morgan at Prime.

I had a need of some AC work at my daughters house, that wasn’t working. Prime Plumbing & Heating was the only company of several that I called on a Friday morning that was willing to offer same-day service. I was impressed. Further AC repairs were needed on Monday morning, and the cold air is flowing once again. I was very happy the company honored all of my requests. Each employee that I interacted with (Matthew, Curtis, & Megan) were kind, detail oriented, & willing. A great job done well!! Thank you.

Gabriel did a great job explaining what was needed to keep my furnace running at peak efficiency. He then performed preventive maintenance in a timely fashion.

A great company to call if you want to be ripped off but not if you really need help.They responded to my restaurant and wanted $4500 to change three 3/4" gas valves. You do the math...Not eveybody gets one star but these guys earned it. This was clearly an attempted extortion...thanks for wasting my time!

Morgan unclogged a shower drain and a sink drain in my home. He was nice, professional, clean and prompt with the services. He made sure to walk me through everything he was going to do before he did it so I had a complete understanding of his work. I highly recommend Morgan for all your plumbing needs.

Trevor and Sam were able to get our tankless heater up and running when other plumbers couldn't. Very experienced and professional. They are very experienced!

We were having new flooring installed and needed to have a plumber remove the toilet and then replace it after the flooring got installed. We called Prime Plumbing and Heating because of the quality reviews on Goggle and were delighted that Megan was able to get us an appointment the next day. Trevor came out, discussed the job, gave us a reasonable quote and got to work. Travor was a lifesaver. As usual with plumbing, we ran into a problem because the toilet water valve wouldn't shut off. Trevor immediately said he had a new quarter turn valve in his truck and could fix that for us, which he did. The whole time, Trevor was a very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and very skilled. He completely explained what he was doing, removed the toilet, cleaned up and said to call back when the flooring got installed. We called back the next day and Ashley was able to get us an appointment with Trevor the following morning. Once again, Trevor showed up on time, was very cheerful, had all the necessary tools and parts to reinstall our toilet and completed the job quickly, efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. Trevor is a superb plumber and a great guy. We are very happy with the service he and everyone at Prime Plumbing & Heating provided and would call them again for our next plumbing need.

Very unprofessional. Started off by being 2 hours late past my time slot. Once they arrived tech had a “pissed off” attitude to be polite. Work was completed, but unprofessional manor left me not wanting to hire again.
