We've awarded Lorenzo from Plumb Tech two jobs at a small apartment building we own (6 units). In 2015 he re-plumbed the entire building from one system into 3, so that in the future if we had issues with one unit we wouldn't have to shut water off to all units. He did this work while our units were filled, with minimal impact on our tenants, and his team was fantastic. As a very involved (female) owner, they never made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions or watching over the work, and they always took the time to fill me in on what it was they were doing. This year Lorenzo helped get us through a corroded sewer line in one unit, again with minimal impact on tenants and tolerating lots of pestering questions from me. If you're looking for the cheapest plumber around, he's not your guy. But if you want a master plumber who will answer your calls; who will show up to assess problems; who will fit your project in no matter how pressing his calendar; who be respectful; who maintains a responsible staff; and who will be fair on pricing - then you definitely want Lorenzo.

This company was working in my apartment yesterday , left for work came back later to find my door cracked and not even shut all the way and have items missing from my apartment so either people from this company stole from me or are the reason someone stole from me , either way that cant even do a simple job of locking a door , why trust them with your plumbing

I cannot speak enough high praises about Alex! We had so many different plumbers in my apartment and he came in, instantly identified the problem, and fixed it as quick as he could while getting the job done perfectly! The great conversation was an added bonus! Thank you again Alex!!

I contacted plumb tech for a plumbing issue at my property. When they said Jimmy was going to be our tech, we were ecstatic! Jimmy is a dedicated and very reliable worker. He very knowledgeable, quick fix any issue and executes it with professionalism and ease!

I am the Maintenance Supervisor for a large, 600 unit apartment complex, and have been thrilled to work with all of these gents. Lorenzo, Christian, Felipe, Jimmy, Jose, etc. are all masters at their craft. Their office staff is friendly and efficient. The response time is great and they are nothing but helpful, even going as far as to teach my techs about our boilers, hydronic heat, and all the plumbing in our buildings. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Had a leak in my home from the second floor to the first floor, and one master plumber had already unsuccessfully tried to fix it. I called Plumb Tech based on a referral and could not be happier. Gerardo and Israel were excellent. They immediately found the source of the leak and were systematic and careful in figuring out the solution. Plumb Tech has earned my loyalty because of the expertise and professionalism of Gerardo and Israel. A job really well done.

I had the pleasure of working with Mario. My community had a sudden leak and Mario showed up incredibly quick despite rush hour traffic. His personability, professionalism, and razor sharp efficiency were head and shoulders above what I'm used to. I wish I could make Mario our go-to guy

I just wanna start with wow!!!! what amazing team Plumb tech has Definitely like to give A shout out to Felipe and Brian . they came to my property today and I had an emergency leak and they We’re very professional well spoken and all the work that they did they was amazing and they maintained their Cleanliness and speed to get the job done with the proper efficiency. if I was able to give them 10 stars, I would I will definitely use them again and here on out

I rarely write reviews— particularly negative ones — but I’m just really frustrated. I purchased the membership that includes a “free” furnace inspection. My appointment has now been rescheduled 3 times— ON THE DAY OF. Of course with a four hour window for each appointment, I need to schedule more than a half day to be home. Basically taking 3 days off work. Only to be called a couple hours before the appointment to reschedule. I’m guessing if I had a new issue that would earn High Five more money they wouldn’t reschedule three times but since I’ve already paid for the membership this doesn’t seem to be a priority. Be warned that this is how they handle their “team members.” Not holding my breath that they will make it out next week as rescheduled but we shall see. Most likely the last time I will be calling on them. Lots of choices out there.

Jaden did a great job! High Five Plumbing was the first to respond when I needed help, and their prices were very competitive compared to other quotes.

Corey was very communicative about arrival time and the process when he arrived. He checked in at each point. Did a good job of finding and fixing the issue

Nathan was great! He came out when he was scheduled, gave me an estimate, disconnected my EV system and reconnected in my new home, same day. Highly recommend!

Had a rotted out sewer line internal to my house, but under concrete that another contractor did a horrible job replacing. Jesus and Master came in, replaced everything, and did a great job. Professional, great communication, and did exactly what was prescribed in the timeline promised. Great work!

Peyton who was our tech, was outstanding, beyond expectations! He was honest about the toilet. When the new toilet came with a broken tank, he went above and beyond to get that solved. Even went to the Lowe’s and helped me get it exchanged. WOW! I can’t tell you the last time we had service that good. Give that boy a raise!

Our hot water heater sprung a leak at the beginning of Memorial Day weekend. Great timing. I called five or six different plumbing companies, and, understandably, many couldn’t make it to our home until the following week.

High Five to the rescue! They were able to schedule us fairly quickly. Miranda and Peyton came out that afternoon, checked the plumbing throughout our basement, worked up estimates, and after a lot of work, we had a new water heater by that evening.

A huge thanks to the scheduling team and plumbers that were on-call, and special thanks to Miranda and Payton for their expertise and efforts that weekend. Five stars for High Five!

I'm pretty disappointed in High 5 plumbing. I called them out to remove some tree roots from my exterior sewer. Despite telling them that I had a long sewer line over 100', they only snaked out 75' and said that it was all clear (the backup did go down). But it backed up again the next day. They sent another guy out, who confidently said that my sewer pipe had collapsed and it needed to be replaced at 22k. I called a different plumber out for a second opinion, and they fully snaked it the whole 140' and guess what - the pipe is fine, it just had tree roots further down. Rather than doing a good job and paying attention to customer input, High 5 did a half-assed job and was quick to get the sales guy out for a high dollar sales pitch. Wouldn't recommend.

David McNeely here. (Marlowe is my stage name!) Brian was exceptionally professional. Great guy and super work. I will get more work done by High 5. Give this guy a raise! ( I didn't see heater cleaning listed below. That's what Brian did.)

Nick came out and provided our routine furnace inspection.
