Prime Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations when they sent Trevor to figure out what led to an alarming leak under our kitchen sink. Trevor communicated professionally with my husband and I throughout the entire process, and so we felt very comfortable with his diagnosis, and the solution he provided was affordable as well. He fixed the problem same-day, and while he was very efficient, we could tell he was also providing top-quality care in everything he did. We definitely will be calling them again if we have any future plumbing/heating needs!

I got their name from Tom Martino's referral list for a leak in my 5 year old water heater, so I expect to pay a premium for a vetted company. The initial communication was professional and good, and the work they did was was fine but here are my issues with this company: they quoted me $2,300 to fix it. I felt like they did not have my best interest in mind and were just trying to extract the most amount of money possible. I explained I was doing a renovation soon so wanted the most cost effective fix. The repairman said it was all recommended. I pushed back on at least installing a drain pan because I have no drain in my floor so a shallow pan would be useless for any major leak. That dropped it $500. I had an issue after he left with no hot water to my kitchen sink - due to him flushing the heater and it loosening corrosion. When it wasn't clear given an annoying text exchange with Prime after hours whether they were going to come back and help me, I called two other independent plumbers. Those plumbers told me I was overcharged and one said for only a little more, they could have given me a whole new heater with warranty. (Prime did end up coming out the next day to get my kitchen sink hot water working at no additional cost. Although I felt dismissed as when I was first discussing their initial quote, I asked whether the benefits of a flush outweighed the risk of galvanic flaking and was assured it was the recommended thing to do.) I did call Prime first before writing this review as they request you do for complaints. I spoke with a nice woman who listened empathetically but there wasn't any follow up after that.

I called Prime Plumbing and Heating after hearing about them providing great service, and prices, for my aunt, and they did not disappoint. I needed to have my toilet serviced asap, and they sent out Trevor, who was on time, very polite, and he diagnosed what was going on with my toilet quickly. He provided me with a few options for solutions to the problem, kindly talked me through each option, and was extremely efficient once I made me decision. Everything has worked great since Trevor was out, and I will be recommending him, and Prime, in the future!

I work for a property management company downtown, and I'm not sure how we connected with Prime Plumbing, but I'm glad we did.

Each interaction has been nothing short of professional, urgent, and kind. Not only has Megan been great at being responsive, she's currently responding to be on the weekend, to a non-urgent situation (in the middle of the AFC championship game to add) and does a great job! Always so helpful!

Fernando came out this weekend to do a cast iron pipe replacement and he texted me when on the way, communicated with me in between, and told me when the job was completed. A skill many vendors lack, simple communication.

Then he found an additional crack in another pipe, which, if it wouldn't have been caught, it would have been more money out of the HOA's pocket and a possible insurance claim.

I had a great experience with Prime Plumbing and Heating! They were recommended to me when I was back home in Colorado. The Prime team was very professional in helping me troubleshoot, and diagnosed my issue quickly. I felt well taken care of!

I had a great experience with Fernando. He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and represents the company extremely well. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this experience definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

We got multiple quotes from plumbers in the Westminster area to deal with a root in our sewer line and this was the first person that recommended the more conservative route that would get us same outcome as digging up our yard at a fraction of the cost. JD was really responsive to my questions, was really knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. Felt like he was a plumber in my neighborhood that was more than happy to help us fix our plumbing issue. 10/10 highly recommend

10/10 recommend working with Gabe at absolute. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. We had a big plumbing project and he went above and beyond to make sure our project was done properly and that we were happy with the results.

We had a pipe leak and Deshawn and Diego came out the next day to fix it. They were excellent in communicating what they were going to do. Once they diagnosed the issue, they told us the quote and how they would go about fixing the pipe. They were efficient, professional and very easy to work with. They suggested a water damage company who could come out that day. They took their time and did not rush us when we had so many questions - even about some other issues. Nice to work with!

Aside from a scheduling nightmare in which they showed up almost a full day later than their status text (and subsequent discussions) indicated, these guys were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and generous with their time and in explaining any issues. They took full responsibility for their snafu and considered it in their pricing. There was one aspect of my dishwasher repair that was left unaddressed due to time constraints which concerned me a little, but it doesn't need to be urgently addressed and, given how much more they did than was initially expected, it's understandable that they needed to move on.

Gabe's company provided a timely and accurate estimate, worked with my scheduling needs, and notified me in advance of his arrival. Gabe installed two hose bibs in a professional, efficient manner, and explained everything in layperson's terms. He reacted to an unexpected field situation and improvised an improvement. Very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and price.

In my experience A Better Plumber was great to work with. They scheduled a visit quickly and the friendly tech (Beau) finished his previous job early and was able to get to us even sooner.

Beau fixed our disintegrating drainpipe fast and spotted another leaky valve issue I hadn’t even noticed! He fixed that too. No more leaks! He explained everything in non-technical language I could understand and answered all my questions.

Gerardo was amazing he explained and repair the pipe perfectly, he was even able to repair and attached using the existing pipe instead of replacing it all, very satisfied. Also recommended other professionals to check for the water damage after repairs. Respectful and great service

We had a pretty bad leak with our sink resulting in it needing to get replaced. They sent out DeShawn and he was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire experience and made it all out as an easy fix. Aside from doing an amazing and expedient job with the repairs, he was very professional and courteous, and even went so far as to explain several different options on pricing for repairs.

Even outside of his work, he was vigilant of any other issues with my house, making me aware of a gas leak and providing contact information for some restoration work I need done. I can't give him enough praise. You guys need to give him a raise.

Gerardo came to fix the hot and cold valves underneath my kitchen sink. He did a fantastic job! Was so knowledgeable and friendly. Gerardo did the job quickly too. Would definitely ask for him with any plumbing job in the future. The only thing that could have been better was the communication from the company itself. There was a misunderstanding on what time the plumber would arrive. I don't mind delays because I know things can come up, especially with plumbing jobs, but I was also dealing with time restrictions from my HOA that made me concerned that the repair would not be done on time. Gerardo came within the time frame originally stated, and did a fantastic job! However, I was told by Absolute that he would likely be done early and could come earlier to fix the valves. I ended up calling twice. The first time it sounded like he would arrive when originally scheduled at Noon, not early like we'd hoped. Then 12:30 rolled around and he still hadn't showed up. I had to call a 2nd time and was told he got delayed. When I finally got a text he was on his way, there was no ETA given. I didn't know if he was nearby and would be here in 10 minutes, or across town. It did take him an hour to get here. I'm happy, the job is done, and again I understand there are delays, I just would like better communication from the company. Gerardo, great job on the repair, thanks again!

I experienced my first plumbing issue in my new apartment, but thankfully Frank was on the scene. He inspected not just the problematic valve but ensured my water pressure wasn't too high, setting my mind at ease. He was knowledgeable and friendly, inspecting and explaining various things about the apartment. While a replacement installation was not immediately needed, based on the inspection alone I would strongly recommend Frank and his company!

Beau halvorson was fantastic, he is kind and very professional went above and beyond as well as being extremely knowledgeable with helping me fix and understand the issues, definitely will be requesting his services again for any plumbing issue going forward

Great service. We had three clogs that were fixed quickly. JD was able to unclog our drains that had years worth of blockage without needing to pull out his tools, which saved us money. Our drains are completely cleared up! Highly recommend!

We had a perfect experience with Absolute Plumbers! Gerardo arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately was able to diagnose and fix our problem with the toilet and even installed a brand new kitchen faucet that we hadn’t even scheduled them for.

I had the pleasure of working with Beau, JD and Reuben. They were all very kind, professional and knowledgeable. What started out as an easy fix to a clogged pipe turned out to be more challenging, but each one handled the challenges with grace, and they were able to get it taken care of with the right equipment-a high powered jet snake. They also tried to accommodate my work schedule and get the problem taken care of as quickly as possible.
