I’m very happy with the service, cleanliness and quality that Islom provided. Definitely happy with the work and will use them again when needed. Fixed up in a short time and came on very short notice during the holiday weekend.

Thank you Deshawn! I was at my wits end trying to replace my old kitchen faucet by myself. Deshawn was very personable and professional. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Beau Halverson was the best! He was professional and knowledgeable with a complex plumbing problem with a main water line. I called 3 different plumbing companies who did not want this complex job. Beau with Absolute plumbing relieved alot of our stress with doing this complex job right! Highly recommended!

We called A Better Plumber when we realized we had a huge water mess under our sink. They had good customer service and helped us set up an appointment right away. The service was great and everything was taken care of. My 7year old was happy that Dylan Wilson, who did our service, was very nice and talked to him and explained everything well to all of us. Glad to have a trustworthy company to call!

Cody did an awesome job! He came out on time, was efficient in his work, everything was done well, and he was happy to explain the process when we had questions. I’d give A Better Plumber 6/5 stars if I could.

After calling A Better Plumber, I had same day service in reviewing my sewer issue. Jacob made the house call and performed a thorough inspection and recommendation for my repairs. I had an exceptional experience. Thank you.

I will not do business with A Better Plumber ever again.
I contacted A Better Plumber for an emergency water leak of my water heater and my indoor water main valve. They came out the next day to help me shut off the water and started repairs a day after that. The water heater was overdue to be replaced and so was the valve. They sold me a new tankless water heater, a new shutoff valve, a pressure reducing valve, and an inline filter. The total cost was just under $13,000. The installers were professional, the work was good, and the job was done in about a day. I thought the price was a little high but the job was done well and done quick so I let it go. I was a little bothered when they pressured me to sign a document waiving my right to cancel the job within three days but since the job was complete in under three days I let that go, too.
I also had a potential sewer issue marked on my inspection (I recently purchased the house) so I asked them to take a look. The person they sent out to inspect the sewer took one look and immediately said all of the cast iron had to be replaced because the additives they put in our food corrode cast iron and if I don't replace it right away it will leak beneath my foundation and cause major problems. He also said the plumbing leading to the cast iron (the "main stack") was outdated and needed to be completely replaced. The estimate he sent to replace the main stack plus 20 feet of interior sewer line was $12,500. I was uneasy with his hard-sell tactics, pushing for immediate repair and pressuring again to have me waive my right to cancel. I decided to call another plumber for a second opinion.
The second company says there isn't any clear damage to the cast iron. They offered to do a cleaning for $350 before inspecting again. If it truly needs to be replaced they said it should be around $8000 at the highest. They also said that the main stack was clearly recently replaced and in good condition. They ran scopes around to inspect it as well, which A Better Plumber didn't do.
I did some quick searching to find pricing for the items A Better Plumber installed in the first job vs what they charged me. Here's what I found:
* Navien NPE-241A2 Tankless Water Heater - Google: $1900 - A Better Plumber: $9599
* Halo 9 Inline Filter - Google: $500 - A Better Plumber: $1800
* PRV-100 Pressure Reducing Valve - Google: $200-$500 - A Better Plumber: $1398.99
My opinion: They did a good job. They charged a LOT of money. They tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. I will not do business with them again.
Edit to respond to Jeff, the Owner:
When I had the first job done, I was impressed by Beau and Jimmy's work. They were professional, they seemed to know what they were doing, and they got the job done. I felt uneasy at the cost but I understood it was a quick response and, in general, I'm willing to pay a premium for professional work. The prices I listed above come straight from the invoice they gave me. There was no separate line item for finance costs. That was advertised as 0%. (No mention of any added fees)
For the second job, your man Jansen came out. He told me that additives in food will rot cast iron, especially if it is right below the kitchen. He told me that the main stack was clearly original and had to be replaced (it was actually a replacement for the original cast iron, in good shape, and the next plumber showed me how to tell). He told me within seconds of the scope hitting the pipe that it was "bottomed out" and clearly needed emergency replacement. He never mentioned cleaning or further inspections. He also pushed me to waive my right to cancel even though the earliest he could start the job would be four days later. It was his hard-sell used-car-salesman tactics that soured my opinion of the whole business and led me to question all of the work done up to that point.
My bottom line is that the first job was a good job and it was incredibly expensive. Other people can look at the numbers and decide for themselves. The numbers are straight from the invoice. -
This is a great company! I got 4 estimates for a hot water heater replacement and they came in at a lower price than the others. I got a few different options of varying prices to choose from and a detailed explanations of each. Very straight forward. Very easy to understand.
Their technician DeShawn Anderson was great as well. Very professional, very informative, and very talented. My system came out looking great. He also helped identify and replace a corroded/leaky water shutoff valve and even got me a great price compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. You can tell his quality of work is extremely high and his customer service is next level. I won't be calling any other plumber as long as he's around. Highly recommend his services! -
Absolute has recently partnered with a plumbing company … we had our first opportunity to give the guys a try. We have always been pleased with the HVAC side of Absolute and now we can officially say we have had a great experience with the plumbers as well. No wonder Absolute has such great reviews - they really care about their employees and especially their customers. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Sprinklers are working better than ever! Thank you. -
Calling into their dispatch they were extremely empathetic to me and when Michael showed up, he walked me through how to reset my water heater and was beyond friendly. From the moment he walked in he was professional and kind, it honestly felt like having a friend visit. I've had work from these guys years ago and I'm happy to see their quality has only increased.

Frank was very professional. He was also friendly, ensured I understood everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. I have a membership with this company because of technicians like Frank, who make my wife and I feel very comfortable and happy with what we’re getting for the prices we pay.

Gabriel came out on Friday to fix a shower leak and I bought new fixtures for him to install. He also fixed a wobbling toilet. He did a free inspection of the old galvanized pipes and took his time to explain and answer a lot of my questions. He had to come back out to my house again today to finish the work because some of the fixtures I bought didn’t fit. And because of a misunderstanding with customer service thinking he was finished with the job. He felt bad and brought a better shower fixture to be installed. He had to replace some old piping and was here for a while. When he left for another job he had with someone else- he had to return, as there was a leak on the drain in the tube. It was very late but he came and fixed it. He cleaned everything up. He is nice to talk too and he was friendly to my yapping dogs. Him and the boss were good about working with me about the cost. I am grateful for that. I know he had put in a long day and was tired and hungry.

Fantastic service! When we had a plumbing emergency, I started calling around. Most companies just had someone take my info and wanted to send out a plumber to talk about the issue and give a price later. But King Family Plumbing & HVAC answered right away with someone who knew plumbing. Gerald called me quickly, listened to my problem, explained possible causes, and was clear about pricing and options. There was no pressure at all. He arrived in about 20 minutes, and the problem was exactly what he thought it was over the phone. He had it all fixed in an hour. Gerald was so polite, knowledgeable, and helpful the whole time. It’s rare to find plumbers who truly know their stuff and want to help without trying to upsell you. Highly recommend!

After talking with the owner about my experience with one of their plumbers, I’m happy to say this company truly cares about the quality and safety of their customers. They clearly explained what the plumbing work involved and how we could fix the water heater issue. Norman, the plumber who came out to our Denver home, was sent to replace a water heater. At first, there was some confusion about what needed to be done, but after reaching out to the office, I was given helpful information on the repairs and the code requirements. The after-hours team made sure a supervisor called me back and arranged for another plumber to come out and give a full explanation of the needed work. Thanks to their great customer service and quick response, my family felt taken care of and we knew exactly what to expect. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making sure everything was done right. Now we have hot water again and I would recommend their plumbing services to anyone in Denver.

My parents needed their old water heater replaced in Denver and were referred to a local plumber by a friend. Their friend said that Norman specializes in water heaters, offers fair prices, and is easy to work with. That was enough for my dad, who usually doesn't like having service people over. The recommendation was spot on—my father was very pleased with Norman! The installation price was affordable, and Norman was flexible enough to come out and do the job on a Saturday. I would recommend this plumber to anyone needing their water heater replaced or fixed!

I’ve been calling these plumbers in Denver for all my plumbing needs for years now. Whenever something goes wrong with the pipes or drains, they’re the first ones I reach out to. They really understand the houses in this area and know about the unique plumbing problems that come up with different home builders. I always feel like they give me honest advice and explain everything clearly before starting any work. I definitely recommend them. We’ve trusted them with every plumbing job, from changing out sinks and shower faucets to installing new toilets. Most recently, I needed help with a shower drain in our master bathroom walk-in shower. After talking things over, Norman gave me great advice and suggested a fix that saved me a lot of money. My wife and I are very happy with how everything turned out. Good plumbers are tough to find, but this family business is truly the best. They really made us feel like family by looking out for us.

we had a sudden plumbing problem late at night, and this company was the only one that picked up the phone. they were super professional, showed up right on time, and their prices were fair. malik was the plumber who came out, and he was the best. he really knew his stuff and explained everything clearly. malik was also really polite and careful around our house, even helping us clean up some of the water from the leak. we will definitely use this plumbing service again and recommend them to our friends and family. can't say enough good things about these plumbers!

I couldn't be more satisfied! Malik from King Family Plumbing & HVAC called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and made sure the timing worked for me, which I really appreciated. Once he got here, he carefully checked out where my plumbing leak was coming from and gave me a clear, fair estimate before starting any work. The repair was done quickly, and Malik double-checked everything to make sure the leak was completely fixed. He was professional, courteous, and polite throughout the whole process—really went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and won't hesitate to call again if I need help in the future.

From the moment Diego showed up, I knew we were in good hands. Our expected window for a plumber to arrive was between 3-6pm, but Diego got here early at 1pm, which was a great surprise. He introduced himself and had a friendly, positive attitude that put me at ease right away. After checking out our plumbing issue, Diego quickly handled what seemed like a tough job to finish in just one afternoon. He organized an excavator and trailer, and got an operator on site in no time. The excavator was set up and ready, just waiting on the 'locate' services. Amazingly, Diego arranged for those services to arrive within an hour, even though that usually takes much longer. The whole time, he was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Diego, along with Gerald and Norman, worked together to dig out a large hole and clear out a ton of tangled tree roots—there were so many, we joked it looked like Medusa’s hair! Thanks to their teamwork, the first day went smoothly. The next day was just as great. The broken hydrant water lines were fixed and ready for testing by noon. They also worked on repairing the main water valve for our sprinkler system, and even found and fixed a break in the main water line to the house. If they hadn’t done this, we would’ve had to wait several more hours for another company to come back. They tested everything, and all connections were solid. They finished the whole job quickly and did excellent work. Diego really went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for his help. My family was even joking that he “saved my life” since they were frustrated about the leak in the first place! I highly recommend this team for anyone in Denver needing plumbing services.
