Woke up to a house at 55deg, and expected weather of temps in 20s. Ashley saw my plea on Facebook for help and got Gabriel out to my house ASAP.

Gabriel was friendly and quickly identified the problem. Four hours later we now have heat again.

These guys were great! Never felt like they were up selling on a new furnace. Even though they were extremely busy on a weekend, I was in a really bad spot. My furnace went out, and they found a technician to come out here and look at it!! The heat was out. They let me borrow some space heaters to get me through the weekend and install a new furnace that following Monday.

This company is amazing and Colin was a lifesaver! We called with a heating issue. Their scheduling team got us in the books the next morning! Then, when Colin arrived, he fixed the heater in less than 5 minutes and only charged a diagnostic fee! Our house is warm again and our wallets aren't robbed. Highly recommend!

Our plumber David was professional and friendly. While he offered more comprehensive and expensive / long term solutions to our sink leaking problem, he was also very ready to do more cost effective short term solutions. He also fixed a running toilet for free. Overall good experience with him.

Colin came out to repair my radiators from 1948 and was amazing! He got two working immediately and diagnosed the third quickly. He was super kind and helpful! While I hope Prime doesn’t have to come back after these repairs, I’ll definitely request Colin if I need to.

Fernando was prompt, friendly and helpful. He did a great job with removal of the old unit and installation of the new. I will call Prime Plumbing the next time I need plumbing, heating, cooling , or electrical services.

I experienced a large leak in my bathtub from my faucet being faulty. I could not turn off the water to my unit because the shut-off valves were frozen. Trevor came out the same day and assessed the situation. I found Trevor to be very knowledgeable. He came back a few days later and replaced the shut-off valves and put in a new cartridge in my faucet. I was able to get a few other assessments, and Prime Plumbing & Heating came in at a very reasonable price for the repairs.

Morgan at Prime Plumbing and Heating just completed a large plumbing job that involved replacing the curb stop-tap sleeve, reworking the main waterline into the house, and updating the meter yoke. From start to finish, Morgan was exceptional.

He communicated clearly, explained the scope of the work in terms we could understand, and handled the project with professionalism and skill. It was obvious he takes pride in his work — everything was completed with care and precision, and he left the site clean and tidy.

What impressed us most was Morgan’s calm, capable approach. Even with the complexity of the job, he made it look effortless. We felt confident throughout the entire process.

Fernando and James were both fantastic. After several other plumbers failed to diagnose the problem in our basement, they were able to figure it out. They worked with us and we’re both professional and courteous.

I came home to find my kitchen sink drain backing up, and contacted Prime Plumbing and Heating hoping they could come out same-day, which they were able to do. They sent Trevor, who was very punctual, polite, and he was able to let me know what likely caused the backup, then he fixed the problem efficiently. I have not had any further issues with my drain, and would use them again in the future, plus recommend them to others.
