Jordan was great. Excellent communication, respectful and got several jobs done quickly. He's high energy and is clearly doing what he loves. (Also my dog was cool with him-that tells me something) Defense gave us free estimates and was able to book our service quickly. Very competitive pricing---we got a LOT of estimates and Defense was the lowest. Very happy with the work that was done. 👍

A pipe burst in our bathroom at 9pm on a weekend and Jordan came out right away and fixed everything for us. Lifesaver. He was amazing. Can’t thank you enough, Jordan.

Jordan is the best!!! He was able to diagnose my disposal issue quickly and was able to fix it immediately. He educated me on what I was doing wrong to cause the disposal to start leaking after only 3 years of use. Defense plumbing is the only plumbing company I use

4:30 Sunday afternoon, the main house water shutoff valve failed and started leaking. Jordan (Defense Plumbing) picked up after 2 rings, and next thing I knew he was on his way. Prompt, friendly, and efficient. It took him all of 15 minutes to cut out the old valve and install a new one. We had our water back in time for dinner. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Simply the best. And will really work within your schedule. I had a bathroom sink issue that Defense worked into their schedule in between stops! Loved working with them!

I have had service from Jordan in the past when I lived in Littleton. At least 4-5 different reasons for hiring his company back then. INow I live in Lakewood and one of the first things I did was call Jordan for a general maintenance visit. Jordan is extremely professional, very skilled, and he took the time to explain everything he was suggesting and was sensitive to the cost involved, which was more than reasonable. I will continue to use him and highly recommend him to anyone considering a plumbing need.

I enjoyed the entire experience!!! That booking was easy and for them to come and look at my problem was FREE.
They texted me a couple days prior to remind me and sent a photo of the man that would be doing the job.
I needed 2 sinks replaced and 2 faucets. I knew how to do it but I just didn’t have time.
When he got there and quoted me the price I felt like it was a tad bit much but he said I could watch him do one and then I could do the other. I appreciated the offer but I told him, I knew how I just didn’t have the time. So we went ahead with his service.
I didn’t have the sinks on hand so I had to run to Home Depot. He wasn’t sure if he was going to have time to do both sinks in my current appointment especially since I had to run to the store.
So, I went to the store got the sinks and the faucets. When I got back home and he realized that I got the wrong sinks. He waited while I went BACK to the store to get the right sinks.
He booked my appointment for the next day just in case but he worked really quickly so that he was able to get both sinks installed in one appointment.
I did a check over once he was done and I WAS VERY PLEASED!

Having just bought a pre-foreclosure house in CO 5 mos. ago, went through 3 plumbers in an ongoing effort to troubleshoot a hot water heater malfunction issue before finding Jordan Jensen, a licensed plumber & owner of Defense Plumbing. We found him & his partner Patrick to be highly skilled, trustworthy, detail oriented & professional. Jordan did a stellar job of noticing & repairing a leak in our irrigation system water valve & of his own accord even installed an irrigation system faucet in the basement to be able to connect a hose to it to drain into the basement sink facilitating the Winter irrigation system blowout process. Jordan’s partner Patrick did a great job installing a new hot water heater, & all for a fair price. Happy to have finally found a licensed plumber we can trust & Defense Plumbing will be our go-to plumber going forward.
