We called Denver Water Heaters because we had received an outrageous quote from another company we had been working with and Denver Water Heaters didn't disappoint! They were less than half the cost and were super professional, flexible and fast! We had no hot water so he was able to come in next day and get us water by early afternoon. I would highly recommend!

Frank was great. Came by to flush and descale our tankless water heater and did in quick fashion for an upfront and fair price. Frank showed up on time and was respectful of our home. We will use Frank in the future.

Frank was amazing! Not only did he arrived early, but he was very patient when I was explaining my issue. He took a look at everything (dishwasher, under my kitchen sink, and under the fridge). I was please to find that I did not have a leak, but my fridge was overheating and so it was freeze and unfreezing making a small puddle on my floor. He was beyond helpful. He gives a personalized service, and he explains the issues and best solutions. Highly recommended!

We had a Halo 5 whole house water filter installed today by Frank. He is very thorough and went above and beyond the scope of work we had contracted him to do. He found a gas leak, which he was able to repair at no additional cost. He followed up later after the work was done to make sure we are happy- which is rare in any industry.
The Halo 5 is quickly showing us we needed to upgrade from our old whole house water filter. I highly recommend this unit and Frank to install.

I had a random emergency gas leak in my basement the night before and Frank was one of the few people who could work on my problem in such a short notice. Xcel has shut down my gas meter but could not find the gas leak. I was worried that a plumber would take a long time to find the tiny little gas leak, but he found it after some time.

I want to say some things about Frank that might help some people in the future. I really appreciated and enjoyed that Frank spoke to me (a female) and not my husband. Even though my husband was home, I am usually the individual who does most of the handy work, and I have had multiple service people enter my home and completely disregard me while attempting to talk to my husband.

Even though I am very much a handy person, I do not mess with gas! I was real glad that he was able to walk me through what might be happening and explain to me thoroughly what is occurring within my lines that could potentially be causing this problem.

He was honest and upfront about the pricing and when a hurdle occurred, he was quick to let me know the change in pricing.

I still want to reiterate the fact that he respected and communicated with me, even though my husband was around. I felt like he wasn't jostling me around because of my gender and potential lack of knowledge and he seemed to really love what he does - which is always such a wonderful thing. Thanks Frank! I'll keep you in my pocket for future issues!

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Frank! We interviewed three plumbers and Frank's estimate was by far the most reasonable for installing a new 75 gallon water heater - plus he was honest and transparent about what needed doing and didn't try to "up-sell" us. He was professional, always punctual, very careful of the house (protected the floors and walls), and he communicated everything we needed to know. He also helped fix our humidifier and installed a water softener, again with very fair pricing. We couldn't be happier with the work he's completed and will definitely hire him again if needed. We're very glad we found him!

Wow-not sure where to start. Frank was extremely responsive and communicative when scheduling our water repair. He happily offered to come on Saturday morning and eve. waited around until FedEx delivered a warranty part. The work itself was quick and done right. Don’t look anywhere else for your water heater needs!

We hired Frank to look at our water heater and showers that were not working correctly. After a little trouble shooting he figured out our problem. He let me watch on so that I could see what he was doing and give us the skills to do it ourselves in case this happened again. Our new part arrived the next day and I was able to fix the issue in under 30 minutes time. Frank was honest, punctual, professional, and very personable. He saved us around $1,100 from a different estimate! He even gave us AC advice even though that isn't his speciality.
