Jorge was a great communicator and came out the same day to take a look at a small pipe in my crawlspace I thought may have burst. He is super nice and found the problem quickly, went and got everything to fix it and fixed it same day. He had a super reasonable price he quoted me before he started any of the work. I’d highly recommend his services!

Absolutely amazing! Jorge was referred to me from another company and when I called he was there with in an hour. I had to use his services again for an emergency water leak in my restaurant late at night, again Jorge was there with in 20 minutes to assist with the leak. The next morning I had another pipe fitting fail at the same location. A quick call and he was on his way to assist. Jorge is fair priced and very knowledgeable about diagnosing and fixing the problem the right way the first time.

Jorge with Pro Drains Sewer and Water was a joy to work with. He was very responsive and was able to stop by super quick. He fixed my drain line, addressed all my concerns and gave me recommendations for the best course of action for the future. Reasonably priced and efficient in helping. I definitely recommend and will use his services again in the future!

I’ve used Jorge for many different jobs alongside the business I run when I need an plumber and he’s the only plumber I trust and recommend. From hydro jetting lines, replacing main sewer lines, pump repairs and replacements, full septic system replacements, water heater replacement and many other smaller jobs around the house as well. I’m a flipper and have used Jorge on 15 or more jobs from full sewer line replacements to installing a faucet. He is professional, does high quality work, doesn’t price gouge and I recommend him to anyone! He stands behind his work too which is huge to me and my business!

Made an appointment for 11am - 2pm. No one showed up. Called to see their status, They replied with, running late and it will be 30 minutes to an hour. They did this repeadetly, Well, they finally showed up after 6pm. It would have been great if they showed up at the time they gave us. It was my 74th birthday and my wife and I had to readjust our plans many time and ultimately cancelled. So it would have been nice if they were more respectful of our time.

We picked this business cause of the good reviews. It was surprising that we were treated so poorly the second time around. The techs were great but owners were very rude. The owner charged us almost Triple more compared to the first visit. Fixed a leaky pipe and minor work, just like the first visit. They charged me additional 350 for cutting out a drywall no bigger than a shoebox that I had nothing to do with the repair. In all, I paid 750. It was surprising

We complained about the bill and the owner got upset, he threatened us with legal action and that he would put a lien on the property. It was shocking that he was speaking to us this way, he was very disrespectful.

We really wanted to give this business a 5 star review. It is unfortunate that the owners had to treat us this way. I hope other people have better luck than we did. We sure learned our lesson.

Never have deal with plumbing/sewer issues, I found this local company and from the 1st call they were very professional and responsive over the phone. Isaac and Rick Jr showed up on time and accessed the issue pretty quickly and was up front and informative on what needs done. Got things cleared up and left the area clean. Great job and great local company to work with. Will definitely call again!

We are new to the area and called one of the "larger" companies to replace a faucet and look at our water heater. Their prices were exorbitant. While purchasing the faucet the plumbing supplier recommended Triple S. These guys are great! Rick took the time to answer all our questions before we even used them. They are reasonable, prompt and good. Highly, highly recommend!!

Mike and Carlos were absolutely exceptional (and of course, Desiree in the office is always wonderful!) I had a backed up toilet/shower drain while I have company visiting, because of course that's when it always happens. I called at 10:30, and Mike and Carlos were out by 2:30! They went above and beyond just cleaning out the drain--also replacing the wax toilet ring, and cleaning up the shower (thank goodness!!) Not only that, they were absolutely delightful!! Clearly enjoy their work and are true professionals! Great service, great price, and the reason I keep going back to them!

We're so grateful that they've always came through for us 😊 From remotes flushed down the toilet, new sewer lines, clean outs etc. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING PLUMBING OR SEWER RELATED!!

If you need a sewer company, I would recommend using the top notch hydro jetting at Triple S. It lasts many years, save you from headache, and worth every penny.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and attempted to clean it ourselves. Once we realized we were unable to fix it we decided to call Triple S. Desiree was super helpful when I talked to her on the phone and they were able to come that same day! The whole team was great they were super helpful and efficient. I would call them again and 100% recommend them to family and friends.

My regular sewer company was fully booked so I called Triple S Sanitary Sewer Services. They were busy but Desiree was able to fit me in within a few hours. We had a leak in a pipe in our crawlspace last night and I called multiple plumbers in a panic to get it fixed. Triple S was not only the only plumber to answer the phone (well past typical business operating hours too), but none of the other companies called me back still to this day!! (looking at you Jim Needham, Royal Services, A Better Plumber, and Squeaks 👀)

They were so kind and responsive and helped walk me through the entire process of getting the water turned off, what we could do to fix the leak until the technician could come out, etc. They even sent a technician out late at night to come check the pipe and do what he could to get it fixed until the morning when they could go get the correct parts.

The technician came back out first thing this morning and got it completely fixed within a few hours. They were so helpful and kind throughout the process and I felt like they were very reasonably priced. Could not say enough good things about them and how helpful they were throughout this entire stressful experience. Thank you so so much for all of your help and I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know!

I have used Triple S a couple of times over the last year. I called Triple S for a second opinion after another plumbing company had told me I needed to jackhammer up my foundation and replace all the drain pipes. Triple S came out and did a sewer line inspection. Upon their inspection they told me the pipes under my foundation were fine and the repair needed was my exterior sewer line had cracks. Triple S was able to reline the sewer line without major excavation, using their trenchless sewer line repair. The repair only took about a day; they worked quickly and professionally. Contacting Triple S to give me a second opinion saved me over $7500 on this job alone.

I also had Triple S check out a French drain that was not draining. Again another company had told me that the drain was not able to be cleared, and that the French Drain would have to be replaced. When Triple S arrived on scene they tried a snake drain, and when that did not work, they used their Hydrojetting tools and had the drain cleared quickly.

I would highly recommend Triple S to anyone, and I will use them in the future. Thank you for the honest and professional work!
