Great service and communication. Called before appointment to confirm and showed up on time. Very friendly and explained what needed to be fixed. Was able to fix the leak right away. Would use again and highly recommend.

I will edit mine, my experience was not with the company itself but rather with one of the drivers. This guy was speeding and driving absolutely insane. Gustavos post described the driving behavior to a T. That gustavos post was 6 days ago and my experience being yesterday I see the crazy driving still has not been addressed. Again this is not a reflection on the company and their work just the single driver.

Called this morning desperate for someone who could come out ASAP. Matt and Nash were here in a couple of hours. Checked out the problem, went over their rates with us and had all of our lines opened in less than hour. These guys are Rock Stars. Will use this company again and recommend to others.

My wife and I just had a really bad experience with one of their vehicles, on 96th Ave and Chambers Ave, at around 8:30 pm, the driver was driving very aggressive and following our car too close, and sounding the horn like we were the ones driving crazy. If this is the way they behave on the road I wonder how they behave with customers.

I call this place for a sink backing up with water. My HOA Referred me to this company last year. they came out took it a part and tried 3 different snakes and all 3 got stuck and thought the pip was broken. Never really fixed the issue. They charged me $119.50 for something they never fixed. Note to self always call your HOA first do not call this company for anything. I wasn't prepared for any kind of payment upfront. no one said anything about this payment or pricing. I thought they would just bill my HOA first and not me and was expecting this payment upfront right away. And when I told them over the phone the next day I can't pay this tell 3 days later. The lady on the phone started getting upset with me and went on saying how do you expect this company to be ran. The next morning the plumber texted me and asked if I paid them or not without asking me if he can text me or not. 😮

I love Plunge Plus! I had Nash out to my house the other day, Matt out last year these guys do great work, are so nice and polite, and are very reasonable!

I had a leak that i didnt know about until the person below me had some damage show up. It was Saturday afternnon and I call around and I could only get ahold of Plunge Plus. They had Matt come on out and he was vwry transparent with what he had to do and how much it woild cost up front. I am very satisfied with the work and i will get any plumbing work done by these guys.

Anthony came out and fixed all our hot water heater problems in one stop. Great service - would recommend.

I put n a call for a clogged drain.
After being told that the plumber will be there after 2 pm, from a call I ask for service at 10 am. I was confirmed by there office they are on the way.
10 mins after they confirmed they were on the way they suddenly canceled because they don't do main lines.. ??
Question: Your are a plumbing company?
You do have plumbing equipment as strain snakes?

If you are unable or not wanting to do a job then don't have a customer waiting hours, confirm and then cancel!!!

Your first statement was that you would not wait for payment from HOA. I explained that I would cover the cost. Second response was I don't work on main lines due to there are pumps in the line...

Anthony came right out and helped with a small little drip that we just couldn’t figure out.. he was extremely professional and we definitely plan on using him for our future remodel! The prices are very fair compared to other places!

Good service. Matthew came out and took care of our dishwasher problem. Got everything done in a timely fashion and worked around our schedule.

I had a constant leak in my kids bath tub faucet. I contacted Plunge Plus and in that same day Nash arrived! within just a couple hours of my service call. He was very polite and worked quickly. Problem fixed!!! I highly recommend them. Thank You very much for wonderful service.

Matt and Nash came out to fix a leak in my bathroom drain line. These folks were very friendly and professional. They had the leak fixed quickly and did quality work. They were very reasonably priced and honest and upfront about how much the repair would cost. Can't say enough good about them!
