Discovered Purple Plumbing from my realtor. These guys were amazing!! They checked my sump pump and made sure it was working and kept going to discover the cause of leaks in my basement. Turned out to be the window wells. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and fair!! Will only hire them going forward.

Cory came in clutch for me on a last minute request. He has a patient demeanor and pleasant to be around. He is an efficient plumber and his service cost is very reasonable. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to clients and colleagues!

Austin was exceptional in evaluating the airflow around the hot water heater for safety along with inspecting other aspects of the walk-in crawl space to provide efficiency. Replace bathroom sink faucet. The first faucet would not work so they came back the next day. My faucet was a single hole that I purchased
from IKEA. There was a problem with a connection and he had to run to Home Depot to get a part.
I got their name from Home Depot, they responded so quickly, texted time when they were on their way. Very nice and did a great job.

I greatly appreciate the emergency work that Cory did for us. We developed a leak in our basement bathroom the night before we left the country for vacation. Our neighbors found Cory's company through another neighbor and all the repair was made quickly. Wonderful neighbors and great plumbing service.I'll definitely recommend Cory to my real estate clients!

My Purple Plumber found a problem with our sewer line that was overlooked by former servicers. While much of the line inside the house had been replaced with PVC, and the line outside was also replaced in about 2014, there was about 20 feet of line that ran from our basement floor drain to where the outside replacement began that was deteriorating cast iron. And there was even a large dip in the line that prevented the free flow of waste water from getting out effective. They provided a quote to replace that section of the line which we considered reasonable. Then, wow. Showed up a couple of days later with a full crew, cut through the concrete (two rooms), dug to the existing line and removed it, replaced it and connections with PVC, replaced and compacted the soil, poured new concrete, AND they did all of this in a day. The crew was excellent and friendly, covered everything to protect it, and cleaned up masterfully. We could not have found a better contractor for this service. Well done!

Then came for a second job, as root intrusion was found outside our home (beyond the scope of the first job). They quoted $125 for drain cleaning outside. However, when on the job, a few complications meant that they had two men on the job for over two hours. Great job. Great explanation. No upcharge. This company is the real deal.

After being stood up by another contractor, I called Austin with My Purple Plumber thinking I needed a new water tank. He came out quickly, assessed the situation and found it was actually the PVC piping leaking and fixed it very affordably. Highly recommend My Purple Plumber. When they say they are changing the reputation of the industry, they mean it!!!

Ran into some drainage issue and reached out to My Purple Plumber for some help. Really loved that they had a lot of the pricing online versus the other companies that wanted to come out to inspect before giving me a price range. Not to mention that some had trip fees just to do an inspection. Felt comfortable enough from their website to setup an appointment. Once I did, had lots of communication from them with a call to me as well as emails and texts to remind me not only when the appointment was but as well as who was coming and when they were on their way. Highly recommend and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!
