For 26 years I owned a manufacturing facility and frequently used plumbers, and to this day. I can't tell you I would recommend one - until today. He spent his valuable time doing an assessment for me, and did not charge. I'm not saying he's good because he did not charge. After so long I just know! Honest to the core. Use them and thank me later.

Austin and Cory are excellent plumbers. They installed new shower hardware and drew an additional water line for the installation of a handheld shower device. They also serviced my tankless water heater. They had to turn off the water to the house and when they turned the water back on, sediment had settled in the cartridge of my kitchen faucet. They immediately resolved that. In addition to quality work, they offer very competitive pricing. My contractor estimated the cost of hardware change out and My Purple Plumber was one third less than that with the hot water heater service included too. I referred them to a neighbor who was looking for a whole house filtration system and they beat the best price she got from nine other plumbers by a decent amount. On top of all that, Cory and Austin are nice guys, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to have working in the house. I plan to use them on all my plumbing projects.

Simply Amazing! Austin and his team showe up on a FRIDAY evening to fix my master bathroom issues. They took the time to do it the RIGHT WAY, eventhough it was after 7pm at the end of a long week. On top of all that...they were reasonably priced! I was shocked at how low the bill was considering the time they had to take and the lateness of my call for service. If you don't call MY Purple Plumber, then you are wasting money!

Amazing Service from Austin and Cory. I had my water heater spring a leak late at night. I was able to get My Purple Plumber out the next day, they showed up around 11, and had the new water heater installed (Along with all the code required upgrades) in about 2 hours. Austin did an amazing job. I live in a mobile home and he had hardly any room to work with. He installed a 50 gallon water heater and installed new fittings and brought it up to code. I had another water issue. Austin came for a second visit to fix the leak under my kitchen sink. The plumbing was not done right and not up to code. Austin fixed and replaced the pipes under the kitchen sink. He installed the water line to our new dishwasher and installed the dish washer. He tested it several times to make sure there were no leaks. Very professional, polite and Austin's plumbing knowledge is above and beyond. He also adjusted my shower valve. I would recommend The Purple Plumber for all your plumbing needs. Absolutely amazing company.
