These guys rock that's for sure. Our sewer pipe has been leaking for the past 2 months and finally got glogged up Thursday night 4-4-19. Friday morning we started calling every plumbing business in our area. After calling 10+ places only 4 were able to handle the job and only 2 companies were able to come out right away for estimates. The rest wanted to schedule for next week Monday -Wednesday. plunge plus made it out right away and Matthew was great and the only one who actually crawled in the whole crawl space and didn't complain at all. The digging crew did the same as well. Very professional. Out of all the places who gave us estimates plunge plus was by far the lowest and fairest price of them all. Everyone else quoted $5,000 upwards of $7,500 and they did it for $3,500. Not only were they the best price they were able to move stuff around and was out here on Saturday at 9am digging up our pipe and replaced it within a couple hours and had our systems up and running again. Matthew has been great and very informational and upfront about everything. Will for sure use these guys again in the future if we need to ( hopefully not ) but if so these guys and gals are number 1.

Our kitchen sink started backing up and Anthony was here within minutes of them scheduling someone to come out! He was really nice and informative, he knew exactly what it was and fixed it immediately. He even gave me some tips on how to prevent it from possibly happening again. Highly recommend!

I have trusted the services of Plunge Plus for years with a commercial property and a home residence. Their technicians are great to work with and have always been professional. I also trust their prices. The woman who deals with appointments is great and responsive. She's always been quick to call me back if they have an earlier opening. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I moved into a new condo and one of the toilets wasn’t working. It’s been over a month and Plunge Plus has not been able to fix it. They said it was a simple fix and just needed a single part replaced. That still seems to be the case but it’s been delayed because they got the wrong part the after initial inspection. Would not recommend this plumbing service.

Please please please never give business to this company!!! Their plumber is the reason our bathroom FLOODED. We worked with the plumber Anthony, he initially took DAYS to give us an estimate, then when we agreed to use his services, he came out and worked on the flange. (Didn’t quote us correctly, it ended up being 50 dollars more than what he initially said, but that’s besides the point.) He pointed out that we had a small drip from the hoes connecting water supply to the toilet but said that IT WAS FINE. We listened to him as he is a professional and didn’t do anything with it, as it seemed to be just a couple drops here and there. That hoes had a way more significant leak and flooded our upstairs bathroom and damaged the ceiling and floor. I reached out to them and the plumber DENIED SEEING THE LEAK!!! They will not help you at all, please don’t work with them, they do not care for the customer, they will give you a wrong quote and not take any accountability when something goes wrong!

Plunge Plus has been my ‘go to’ for plumbing repairs, emergencies and maintenance for many years. They’re not the ‘cheapest birds in the nest’ but their quality, responsiveness, helpfulness and service make me really appreciate knowing them and happy to refer them!

My partner and I were having trouble with a leak in our basement. I called Plunge Plus Plumbing and they were on top of it! The guy came out the same day we found the leak and he answered all our questions nicely and respectfully. In the end we were very happy with our experience with the tech as well as the price.

Our water heater was overflowing from the top the night before we were leaving on a trip. Matt showed up that night to make sure we were okay. We ended up going with a tankless water heater. Matt and his team were professional, detailed and courteous throughout the entire process. Matt also fixed a faulty sink pipe while he was here. Finally found a plumber I can trust!

I've used Plunge Plus three times now and they don't disappoint. I recently had a new water heater installed and they removed the old one. They were on time like always, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them if you're having any kind of plumbing issues. It's always a great experience and very affordable.

My first experience with plunge plus was great, Matthew did a great job and was very professional.

My second experience was not... we had Anthony out to quote a flange repair/replacement. He described 2 scopes and I had him quote 1, which was my mistake, as my girlfriend was interested in the other scope. I reached out to Anthony to send me a quote for the other service, but then had to reach out to the office because it had been days since he agreed to send it and I hadn't received it. We had a good experience with Matthew and his quote was fair, so we decided to go for them even though it took some time. Matthew's quote included materials, and so we figured that Anthony's would as well, but that wasn't the case.

After getting the updated quote, we called to get on the schedule, and the scheduler set a time for us. The day before (or maybe even day of, this was a month ago) they were set to come out, they call to say they messed up and needed to give us a larger time slot, so rescheduled us for the next day. Ok...

Then after all that, he charged us $50 above the quoted price, which would have factored into our decision, as we chose the cheaper option, and with that extra $50 closing the price gap between the two options, the extra money would've been worth it for the higher quality, less risky finish. The quote was in the $500 range, he worked on it for probably 20 minutes or so, and charged us extra when they initially thought 2 hours wasn't enough and they'd need to give us a 4 hour time slot? Doesn't really add up.

Overall, this was an experience that has influenced me never to work with or recommend this company
