These are your people. Every time we ran our washing machine or any water in our kitchen, the basement would overflow. We had to replace a huge section of line under concrete slab and they got out here right away, and got the job done quickly and professionally, and hauled away all of the debris. Their estimates, both on time and price, were excellent. Rick and everyone on the customer service end are just top notch human beings, and we are so, so grateful for them.

Triple S was great to work with! Desiree and Rick were both professional and friendly, and they were always available to answer my questions. Our sewer line under the house was completely corroded and they were able to fix it within a few days, with minimal disruption to water use in the house, for almost half the price we were quoted by three of the big chain companies. Overall, I would say Triple S went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs-especially sewer work.

The best experience! Replacing a sewer line can be overwhelming but Triple S made the process a breeze and everyone was courteous and professional. Rick was easy to get a hold of and was able to help me with all of my plumbing needs, even with some last minute requests.

Hired Triple S on a sewer scope and clean out. I had an appointment with another company who cancelled on me the night before. Triple S was amazing! Rick and his team helped us understand what our REAL problem was (not the over embellished problem the other provider told us) and gave us an amazingly reasonable price for the work. I contacted Triple S for a scoping and fix of a drainage pipe. They were responsive prior to the first step of scoping. After scoping they asked me to pay for the scoping and let me know it would be part of the payment package for the drainage pipe fix, they’d send me an video, and that they would call me. After reaching out over 20 times I finally got someone of the phone and they said they would send me both the video and give me a quick call back. Another month and 20+ calls and an email later I can’t get anyone to talk to me. I can’t even get my video for the scoping so I can engage a different contractor. Due to the unfulfilled service and delivery of the video and further agreed upon work I will be disputing to get my money back and leaving this poor review with the company.

Second time using these guys and it will be my last time. First time they charged me 250 to repair a broken pipe. Alonzo did a fantastic job.

Second time is a totally different story. They informed me that they needed to cut into wall to get to the broken pipe and it would be 350 dollar charge just to cut into the wall and additional charges if repairs needed to be made. Which was fine, it sounded like a lot of work.

I get home from work and find that my wall was not cut. Instead they cut into the ceiling no bigger than a shoebox.
They did repair the pipe which was in another room and did not require any walls being cut out. I called the owner Rick and I asked him why I was being charged 750 dollars total. He proceeded to argue with me and started antagonizing me that I didn’t have the money pay him. I tried to explain to him but he would just talk to me in condescending manner and that he would put a lien on my property. He also accused me of making an appointment with him in the past and cancelling. Which is 100% not true. It was irritating and I lost my cool and we started a yelling match. The whole experience was a nightmare.

I honestly believed that they were charging me 350 to cut into a wall where the broken pipe was located in the basement bedroom and not the ceiling above the living room.

The 400 dollar repair job doesn’t bother me. It’s just the fact they charged me an additional 350 to cut a hole no bigger than a shoebox. 750 dollars total bill. I posted a picture. You be the judge. Tell me if that is right.

Noel showed up on time diagnosed the issues and came back with Alonzo and crew to get the issue cleared. Very knowledgeable, friendly and about their business. Will recommend and use if needed in the future!

They came, they conquered when others couldn't! Rick and his team were able to successfully power spray/ jet my clogged and backed up sewer line saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. These guys were persistent and determined! They take great pride in what they do! I can't thank them enough!

Triple S did an amazing job for both. The work was done quickly and done right! The crews that performed the work were respectful of our time, our house, and our family. The owners are amazing people and truly care about their business and that shows in the quality of people they hire and the work they do.
