Had them come out to fix a sump pump drainage issue. They came out installed a pipe which drained into the backyard and eventually back into the house. Their solution basically made the problem worse and the owner is unwilling to remedy the situation. Stay away!

Edit: His response takes no accountability for the poor work done, legal action is the only reasonable route if the company is unwilling to make things right...

If he is standing behind his "work" the pictures speak volumes.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and needed a plumber fast, and Plunge Plus came through. Matthew was punctual, professional, and immediately knew what the issue was. He resolved the problem quickly and efficiently and took the time to explain everything along the way.

I also really appreciated the extra tip he shared about proper garbage disposal usage — super helpful. On top of great service, Matthew was friendly and easy to work with. I’d absolutely recommend Plunge Plus and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thanks again Matthew!

Five stars!! Excellent service. I spoke with Misty early about a back up problem we were having in the basement. She scheduled a visit with Anthony for 12pm. He showed up early which was awesome and was great at communicating what could be the problem and educating me on all types of things about our house and its plumbing. He was great at listening as well. As for his work it was superb. He was able to solve our problem promptly and give me some really good estimates for jobs we will likely need in the future. Its nice to have the problem solved and be able to carry on with life back in standard operation. I cant say enough good things about the experience with the true Pros! Worth every penny.

Super unfriendly service. Picked up parts and ended up only using half, I tried to return the remainder and was given a hard time about the transaction and literally cussed at and told to leave and never come back. I asked what the big deal was and the rep. replied "I Don't want to do the paper work!" I've been plumbing for 14 yrs and have never been talked to or treated like this at any supplier! These guys seemed mad the second I walked in. Then the supervisor started cussing at told me to tell the owner of the company I work for to stick th !@#$ parts on our shelf. I didn't say a word the whole time. Not sure what the deal was! In all honesty it felt like being surrounded by a few drunk guys at a bar wanting to fight! Very unprofessional!!! My company has been in business 34 yrs heating plumbing and electric and I'm sure we will avoid ever coming back! Oh forgot to mention the comment "F!@#$ service guys!" I didn't show up with any kind of attitude or rude comments and this is how I was treated!

Extremely poor customer service. While helping me Tony took other calls, was condescending, and very unhelpful. I do hope the young woman working there is the owner's daughter because she was equally unhelpful. I left with more questions and uncertainty.

I needed to comment on the exemplary customer service that I just received from Taylor at the Northglenn/Denver location on 76th ave and Washington. NOBODY provides this level of good customer service nowadays! Taylor was extremely insightful, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, funny, patient and kind. Very unique nowadays! This is a big credit to leadership and management when you have employees who can display this many incredible attributes! You must be providing an incredible work environment and have great leadership which recruited, hired, trained and retains top tier talent like Taylor! I only dealt with her through the phone but I could HEAR her smile and enthusiasm even though I grilled her with a million questions. She is a rock star!

Austin with My Purple Plumber was excellent! I had previously gotten a quote from another company saying it was going to be $3500 to do what was needed. I searched around and they came up with great reviews so I called them. Since I already knew what needed to be done, I just sent a couple pictures and they quoted me at $400 plus maybe a couple hundred more if they needed to do rerouting! He came out the next morning and was done within a couple of hours and saved me thousands of dollars! I cannot recommend them enough for the quick and friendly service that doesn’t try to trick people into spending more money that is needed!

We worked with Austin and had a wonderful experience. He was communicative, punctual, and most importantly was knowledgeable and honest. He even took the time to check some other issues we were having other than the one he initially came out for.

What a wonderful experience to have an open line of communication with people that do great work with fair pricing. No questions asked. Cory was great to work with! Scheduling was super easy and the upfront pricing was amazing. I’d called to get a second opinion and ended up going with him. The other plumber provided only one option and did not bother to perform any diagnosis.

Cory asked many questions trying to get to the bottom of everything. The problem ended up being far less drastic than we had anticipated based on the other plumbers opinion. It would’ve been easy for him to just go with the solution the other plumber proposed and turn it into a much larger project.

He didn’t try to upsell us or perform any repairs that were not needed. It is truly rare in this day and age to find someone who is reliable, fair, and does the right thing.

His invoices were great as well, and he provided a great write up and pictures of everything.

I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Cory and Austin are AMAZING!!!!! My washer drain has been overflowing and laundry piling up. I contacted them and they were able to come out with 24 hours! My hot water heater went out unexpectedly and I needed it fixed ASAP. Austin came out and was able to get it fixed quickly and efficiently! He was friendly and informative and I will definitely recommend their company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Cory Jones with My Purple Plumber just performed a miracle that several other plumbers and handymen could not or would not do. They were able to replace a 50 year old Kohler shower valve with a new one (they have connections) and the cost was very reasonable. One plumber wanted $2600 to cut an access panel through the dry wall and said they could not find a replacement valve for it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Awesome company! I had a leak from my water heater and they were recommended to me. I called and talked to Cory and he told me that all of their pricing is directly on their website which made it easy to decide (considering I was quoted $4-$7k for a new water heater from other companies). The tech Austin was great and I wasn't charged a dime more than what was on their website.
