What a horrible horrible horrible place to do business! There are so many other good, honest company's out there that deserve and appreciate your business, this is not one of them. Trust me, go somewhere else! They will rip you off, and hang you out to dry.

Went in for a replacement water heater. Picked up a Power Direct Vent. They had my AO but the pricing and warranty were better on one of their "exclusive" brands. Time will tell...got 5 years instead of 3 on the warrnty though so, we shall see.

The prices are reasonable and it's a good place to get brands not found at chain stores, however their sales staff is not knowledgeable about their products. Make sure you contact product manufacturer's directly to get info as the sales staff may give you misleading information.
After a long discussion of how I needed a hot water heater that had a separate internal coil for space heating and looking at a number of different water heaters that didn't have one, I settled on one that was taller than my space would fit requiring me to excavate an area of basement. It wasn't until I started filling the tank with the supposed side loop plugs out that I found there was no internal loop.
Had the salesperson I dealt with been at all knowledgeable about one of their best selling combination water/space heaters I could have saved quite a bit of time and money.

McMillan offers excellent customer service. They had a power vent hot water heater in stock for immediate pick up. Just what I needed when I needed it! They were knowledgeable and just friendly and helpful in general.
