Well...they started out great although always very slow on response time & getting bids. We spoke with them on 11/2/22 to have 2 different jobs done & also emailed all the information. 1) Leaking water shut offs total of 6 & 2) Leaking water shut off in a basement. They told me when I called that they were really busy that week & could we schedule it the week of 11/7/22. I said that would work. Then they said it would really help them if we could do it the week of 11/14/22. I said OK but that was the latest it could be done. They promised that would happen.

I emailed them all the details that day & the phone number of the one owner they needed access to his unit. I also notified the unit owner that he could be receiving a call the following week (last week). I told them on the other job that I would need to notify 48 owners that water would have to be shut off so please give me 24 hours notice.

Well Monday 11/14/22 came & went with no call or email. So I emailed them on 11/15/22. No response but no surprise because that's what they do. So I called them 11/16/22 & they forgot to schedule. Roshell said she'd get with Dion & get back to me on scheduling for this week. She called back 30 minutes later & said they were too busy leaving us high & dry....

I will never use these people again. What started out as a good relationship has soured. If you need a job done quick, don’t call Innovative.

I scheduled an appointment in advance of over 2 weeks to get a technician out to give me a quote on adding a new bathroom to our house. The day prior, I was sent a reminder text that said to reply "Yes" to confirm or to call their number to reschedule. I texted "yes" as per the instructions. I set my alarm specially to be up in time for the arrival window. The arrival window came and went, so I picked up the phone to find out what was going on and Tatiana called me back saying that they were not able to come out today and was suggesting a reschedule date of 7 to 8 days out! I am beyond upset as I had been waiting such a long time. When your system fails, why does the customer have to suffer your system failures???? BEWARE, DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR BUSINESS IN THIS COMPANY who seems to not care about new business.

Discovered on a Friday night that my water heater was leaking. Called Innovative on Saturday morning and had a new water heater by Saturday afternoon. They were very reasonably priced and I really appreciated their responsiveness. Quality work with attention to detail. Father and Son operation.

You should hire Innovative Plumbing! They are very professional, arrived on time, and did the job that 3 other large "name brand" companies failed to do! I am so happy with the service that they provided and highly recommend them. They were affordable and tackled my sewer line clog until they got to the "root" of my problem. Once unclogged, they didn't rush onto some other job and made sure to test my sewer line before leaving. If I ever need help with my plumbing or heating system in the future, I won't ever waste my time again with any other company. Innovative Plumbing is the way to go.

This is a legit company -- they came out within 60 minutes of my call which was after 5pm -- no other company did that (I called at least 10 others). They are a father & son team - did great work - were professional and clean. I had an emergency leak and water was coming in. They fixed my problem and didn't overcharge.

I will definitely keep them as my go-to plumbers.

Innovative came out and cleared my drain at my home. They were professional, prompt, and fairly priced! We are thrilled with them!

My client/seller was to have the sewer line cleaned per the buyers inspection. My client was familiar with a company she used in the past (which I will give a negative review too later). Anyway, we were in a bind and I had my client call INNOVATIVE PLUMBING - not only did they show up after hours to evaluate our situation, they gave a reasonable bid for the clean out and repairs. My client hired INNOVATIVE PLUMBING and we couldn't have been more pleased with the end result.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I have worked with Innovative Plumbing on several occassions and have had nothing but the best experiences with them. They are honest, reliable, fair, and extremely skilled in their trade. There are honestly no other plumbing professionals I would even consider contacting after working with this family. I would highly recommend contacting Innovative Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!!!

I highly recommend Innovative Plumbing. They were prompt with scheduling a bath tub valve repair for me. It was a quick repair and they were great to work with. I will be using them again in the near future!

I have used Innovative Plumbing many times and they always do a fantastic job from start to finish. It is easy to schedule with them and they show up on time. Once they arrive, they are quite professional, they are respectful of the house and the occupants. They put on shoe covers without being asked and they keep all areas they are woking in clean and tidy. The room is cleaner when they leave than when they arrive. They also make as little noise as possible. During the jobs, they fully explain what the problem is and what the solution needs to be or the different options, if there are any. They don't try to pressure me into making quick decisions about anything. They make everything easy to understand. They stand behind their work 100 percent. They are very knowledgeable about plumbing and have a lot of experience. Their work has always been impeccable and they are upfront and honest about everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
