The OneLine Electric team, led by Danny Ramirez, provided us with hands down THE BEST customer experience we've ever had with a lighting and electrical company in Denver.

From the very beginning of our project request, Danny was able to shift and move scheduled around to accommodate our new home build timeline. Within hours of us telling him about the job we were able to get some dates scheduled on the calendar to install the fixtures.

When the team arrived onsite for the job I was greeted by a very friendly job foreman who explained the process of how they would install our complicated lighting fixtures and ceiling fans.

The most difficult part of our installation was the 22 foot high ceilings where we installed a chandelier in our foyer along with a large ceiling fan in our great room.

The team handled these challenges with poise and confidence as they constructed scaffolding inside our house to safely deliver the job, but also to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the final look.

We requested a technician give us a quote on a Thursday, because our lights were flickering when other appliances in the house were running. It was progressively getting worse, to the extent of our lights almost going completely out when the dishwasher was running. Greg came out the next day and discovered burnt and almost melted wires in our breaker boxes. Upon further investigation, it was discovered we had aluminum wiring connected to copper wiring incorrectly. We just bought our townhome 4 years ago, and unfortunately this was not disclosed to us in the inspection. All of our breaker boxes bad to be replaced, AlumiConn connections installed throughout the house, new grounding system installed in order to get our electrical up to code. Greg, Tyson and Justin were all extremely professional and informative. This was a big job and they worked long hours to ensure everything was up and running and our home was safe. We sincerely appreciate everything they did and we would highly recommend Mighty!

UPDATE: Mighty Plumbing went from 5 stars based on previous episodes, dropped to 2 yesterday, and lowered to one star today.
I called yesterday and was told they'd send someone over, but 24 hours later, we haven't heard from them. We've used the same phone number for previous issues, and the one last week. Now they claim they dont find anything under my phone number. It appears we are being ghosted at this time. See photos below, and see what we were left with!

Our latest transaction went well, but ended poorly. The plumber examined the leak under our home and noted a previous repair had been done by a different outfit. He did replace a bad water cock on our pedestal and fixed a different issue. He cut away insulation and left the mess in our yard.
I called the other plumbing company as suggested hoping the warranted for previous work still applied. But the leak appears to be someplace other than the plumber from Mighty suggested.
I called Mighty plumbing last week asking to speak with that plumber. Never heard from him again
Called a 2nd time, still no response. The water valve replacement was great, but now I must redo the insulation myself and there are a bunch of wires and sensors and dont feel qualified to mess with.
I am not nearly so satisfied with the overall results.

Back in July, we contracted with Mighty for the installation of 2 new heat pumps and 2 new furnaces. In short, the system installed did not end up being the system promised. But, most importantly, Mighty went above and beyond to rectify the situation, going so far as to install a completely new system to better match what we were originally sold and making good on rebates. They have been extremely responsive throughout the process, troubleshooting where needed and helping us to ensure the system was working at peak efficiency. Matt, Cody, Mike, Terry, Junior, Chris, and many others whose names unfortunately escape me, were outstanding. Polite to a fault, experts in their field - Mighty has our highest recommendation for your HVAC and plumbing needs. We actually used them in the past to help us detect a suspected water leak and they actually discovered 2 water heaters that although not the source of the leak, were about to catastrophically fail. We have recommended them to friends and family alike and will continue to do so as they are our "go-to" guys (and gals) for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Teddy was great. On time, polite and helpful. This issue I have is that I requested leak detection services. I was told there was a show up fee,fine I expected that. But then after looking at my situation, I am informed that a third party leak detection subcontractor is needed and it is a $1500 fee. I thought I was getting a leak detection person on this visit. I didn't think it would be covered by the show up fee. But I had the leak isolated to a specific area, not starting with a complete unknown. What I ended up with is quote for a flat rate $1500, third party leak detection.

Frankie was very knowledgeable and provided a great service experience. He took the time examine the existing furnace, and air ducts (manual-j) to provide right-sized options. Recommendations were explained, and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Mighty for heating/air system replacement!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a service tech. I’m an electrician not an HVAC guy so I deal with customers and people all day to but the way he handled him self was more than exceptional. These are the type of technicians that get returning customers and the highest praise. Dhalun Bennett please keep doing what you do, we need more people like you in the field!

In November my nearly 20 year old furnace stop working. I had Adam from Mighty come out to give us an estimate. He said then that the water heater was nearly as old as the furnace. Estimates were for repairing the furnace, replacing just the furnace but he recommended that we replace the water heater if we were going to replace the furnace. We decided to do the repair only. A little over a month later the furnace stopped working again on a Saturday and Frankie came out Monday morning to access the issue. When we were informed that ir would be better to replace the furnace than keep throwing parts at it, he said that they would take off the cost the original repair. That same day the new furnace and water heater were installed. We are very happy with their knowledge and forthwrightness! We will be calling them for any heating and plumbing needs in the future.
