Sasa from CapHill Plumbing showed up on time. He was clean and professional. He had a full Van of equipment. He made suggestions on how to fix my plumbing problem so it wouldn’t happen again and be a better fix. The price was reasonable and his attention to detail was extraordinary!!! I kept his card and taped it to my water heater. If I ever need a plumber again I would call CapHill back to do the job!

Sasha at Cap Hill Plumbing did an outstanding job addressing the valves under my kitchen sink and in the bathroom. He recognized the need to update the existing hardware. I am pleased with the result.

His work feels extremely secure and this place is running likely better than it has since the water heater was put in 10 years ago. Also when part of the old plumbing in the unit caused a leak I messaged him and he called me right back even though it was late at night (thankfully it wasn't an emergency or active leak, just an issue with an old emergency drain that wasn't properly installed decades ago). Sasha really took his time and made sure every fix he made or pipe he installed was in the right place and stable.

My go to plumber! Cap Hill Plumbing always has really fair prices and do very tidy and clean work. I've worked with them twice now on two major repairs - once on my hot water tank leaking and the second on my gas line that was leaking. They are able to schedule appointments quickly and do the work professionally and transparently.

Sasha and Eli were awesome, they came out the night after Christmas for a quick fix after we found a leak. They’ll be our go-to from now on! If you need someone fast, responsive, helpful, and kind, I cannot recommend them more.

Sasha is always reliable. He previously replumbed our old house. This time, he saved us from a leaking saddle valve that required us to turn the water off to the house. Called at 9am and he was able to have it fixed by 12pm for a very reasonable price.

We have had Cap Hill Plumbing and Sasha, the owner, be our primary resource for over a few years now. In that time, he has accomplished what most other plumbers could not - working on a 122 year old building with original piping. While I’ve seen other plumbers try to take advantage of you and recommend expensive fixes you don’t need, Sasha is trustworthy and even shows you how to fix simple things yourself even if it means he doesn’t make money on the additional project.

Sasha is trustworthy, honest and does great work! I have had the pleasure of hiring him for a shower valve/pipe replacement and most recently, my kitchen drain had a serious clog with a considerable amount of black sludge coming up into the sink. For years I had worked with some of the popular metro area companies and never was satisfied with their work. They were high pressure sales people. I am very happy with the work Sasha and his helper, Eli, did installing my new bathroom vanity. They were very helpful in helping me decide what to use and extremely good at communicating when they would be able to install it. Sasha is an excellent plumber and likable guy. He was not bothered about climbing seven flights of stairs several time when the elevator in my building was down. (Five stars just for that!) The vanity looks great and I highly recommend Sasha at Cap Hill Plumbing.
