By far the best and most honest company! We had the pleasure to work with Juan. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. We had previously had another (supposedly “reputable”) company tell us we needed thousands of dollars in repairs (which we told Juan up front). He came in and explained all options and provided his honest opinions. He was able to determine we only needed a minor repair and maintenance and saved us thousands of dollars! He could have easily leveraged the “opinion” of the other company to sell us a huge repair job but maintained his integrity and helped us completely fix the issue at a tiny fraction of the cost! Incredible service! Ross showed up in less than an hour after I called Charles Brothers Plumbing. I had over an inch of standing water in my basement, and while I was using a borrowed submersible pump to drain it out the window, he brought a new pump just in case. After installing the new pump, we noticed it was running but not actually emptying the water, just cycling it back into the sump pit. Ross used a camera from the curb to check for blockages, but couldn't get past a junction. With all the road construction in Denver and my yard dug up near the discharge pipe, he suggested I contact the city in case the pipe was damaged. Ross didn't just leave it at that—he came up with a smart fix. There were two pipes in my sump pit connected by a cross pipe. He decided to cut and cap the cross pipe, so he went to the store, picked up a cap and even brought back another submersible pump! He quickly got everything set up, and this time the pump worked perfectly. Turns out, the backup pump had broken off and that’s why the water was just cycling. Ross also noticed a one-inch lip around the sump pit and suggested cutting part of it out, so any water on the floor could drain straight in and I could easily squeegee water right into the pit. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and took time to explain everything to me. On top of that, his sense of humor really helped me relax during a stressful situation. Great service, fair prices, and Ross was just fantastic!
