Mariano was my tech. Awesome guy and very thorough. We were unable to find my leak which I understand is just the way things go sometimes. So I give 4 stars for the effort. It was expensive but what isn't nowadays especially when looking for a pin in a haystack. I will keep an eye on things and call back should I find something significant.

Was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of Dion. Not sure if it's the correct spelling of his name. He even suggested a monthly drain cleaner that I could use to have my shower drain working properly. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family.

Rory went above and beyond to address the problem with our garbage disposal. He was honest, professional, and a clear communicator. My wife and I honestly had a great time speaking with him. Wonderful service. If we ever have any additional issues, we will promptly call Mr. Rooter.

Josh was the best plumber we have worked with in Denver or anywhere. Not only did he fix a number of major issues with our water heater and hot water supply, he also found a bunch of unrelated issues that required fixing (some with warranted extra cost, some he did for free just to be helpful). He pointed out some safety concerns, diagnosed a "drip" we were concerned about that wasn't actually a concern, and generally was professional, kind, and efficient. Will be using Mr Rooter again and highly recommend Josh.

Small sewer back up basement. Very knowledgeable and courteous tech showed even ahead of schedule with phone call acknowledgement. Cleared the back up and recommended additional services that were later utilized. Great project manager! Professional services that addressed and ultimately fixed all issues. We feel we will never again have an issue with our sewer. Thank you!

I got speedy service. My service rep was pleasant and forthright. He even answered a number of questions I had about other plumbing things. Plumbing repairs are costly, but having a pro do it gives peace of mind.

Second time I have used Mr. Rooter to clear our kitchen drain. Called in the evening and Rory was here by 9am (20 minutes early!). Super nice guy, got right to work, solved an access problem and successfully snaked the entire line with a 30 day guarantee.
Had another company (AAA) out here the week before. Failed to clear the line and said they only had a 3 day guarantee on their work. Thankfully there are companies such as Mr. Rooter that actually have integrity.

They were great!! They were incredibly friendly making the appointment and were able to come very quickly. Vincent showed up to help us with our clogged sink. He was very professional and was able to get it fixed within 30 min! He was great and we were very impressed. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with my service appointment with my technician. He was through, diagnosed the problem, went to Home Depot to get the needed part and had it fixed in one day. My price charged was affordable, but I may have able to take advantage of the senior discount program because I didn't know about it. I'm 77.

We have been using Mr. Rooter for a few years now and have always been pleased with their work. Colton was very informative and helped us replace our garbage disposal after I made the mistake of not noticing a shot glass slip into the drain, turned on the disposal and a crash, smash, BOOM happened to our poor disposal. My husband wasn't thrilled but we have a new garbage disposal! It was speedy and done right!

This was a horrible experience. The person on site was rude, aggressive at sales and never looked at the part of the Main drain that was the problem. They quoted us 7k and we got a 2nd opinion. The video they gave me of the scope was not the house at all, just the drain outside and needed no work done to it except a snake ran through it properly. We got a grade of 9.5 out of 10 for the area of the drain that they quoted us to fix. They say free estimate, but you must pay for the scope so they can see what is wrong, before giving the free quote. Then there is a charge to snake the line because it needs that too. When I read free estimate, I do not expect a charge for the scope to get the estimate. I am surprised they did not try to charge me a trip charge as well. But the worst part was the aggressive fear tactics used by them to get you to pay for repairs that are not needed. If I had paid them the 7k I would still have the problem I called them for and just be out more money. I feel this would have ended with them wanting to replace every part of the plumbing in the house from top to bottom all the way to the city’s sewer connection. When I call a company, I expect them to be professionals not just try to use fear to take advantage of people that are not proficient in their industry. Seems like a bad business plan to me.

Excellent job. On time, quick work, well done, cleaned up on the way out. $95 is a great deal for this service. And Gabe was friendly and nice to our cats :)

Once again, Josh Todhunter came through for us today. He is our 'go to' guy for taking care of our plumbing needs. He is prompt, professional, courteous and answers all of our questions. He does the job right the first time!! I highly recommend Josh for all of your plumbing needs!
